Very nice hotel with an excellent quality-price ratio. Definitely going back

A spacious hotel, it seems like an old hotel being renovated so that’s all fine! Beautiful river view from our rooms and the rooms were spacious! I used the gym plus bath in the morning and it was great facilities! Just I wished the staff had explained more clearly about the parking arrangement! And also the hot bath facilities in the gym area which is free to use! But overall, a still nice experience!!!

As a luxury hotel in a small city in Japan, it has a strong old money style. The lobby area is very large, the front desk is full of beautiful ladies, and there are hooks for hanging newspapers at the door of the hotel room, which is very nice👍

The hotel is great, no doubt about that, but you have to make reservations for dining, and there are few places to eat outside, so how do single travelers solve the problem of eating out? Is your solution to go to a Japanese restaurant and eat a set meal that costs 20,000 or 30,000? Would you eat there if you were traveling alone?

The staff were very friendly and polite. The breakfast was very satisfying, with a wide variety of options, from basic to local cuisine.

I was so satisfied with this hotel that I wondered if I had paid the wrong amount. I was surprised at the size of the hotel, and all the staff, including the receptionist, were very kind and I was able to spend a great holiday. There is a bus to Gifu Station from the nearby bus stop, so it is very convenient. You can see the Nagara River from your room and it is a very relaxing place to stay. There is a convenience store within walking distance, and they also have free rental bicycles. More than that, I was surprised at the high quality of the pool and tent sauna. I will definitely return.

I would like to thank the staff for their courteous service despite being busy during the Obon holidays. It was a wonderful memory from my trip.

I had booked a single room, but they upgraded my room by registering on the app when I checked in. The TV in the room was good because it was compatible with Netflix YouTube. The breakfast buffet was great with freshly baked croissants. The downside is that there are no shops nearby where you can shop late at night or convenience stores that you can walk to.

The front desk staff was very polite and upgraded to a double room for free. I checked in late that night. When it was inconvenient for women, the female hotel staff were eager to help and were very affectionate.
