Sea Shell Resort

The hotel/ room is very nice, everything looks new and the staff is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is not so good. Laundry Service killed everything… we used the express service one day before we had to check out. In the morning we picked up the laundry in time and packed our things. No we see that the white clothes are not clean and more dirty than before…partly green stains…wtf we payed a lot that our clothes getting destroyed…thanks a lot

Sea Shell Hotel Gili is a small and cozy hotel where we stayed for two nights during our trip to the Gili Islands. The hotel is located inside the island rather than directly on the beach, but the ocean is still within easy walking distance — just a short walk to the left side of the island. Considering the size of Gili, the location is actually quite convenient and quiet. Our room was spacious with a large comfortable bed, perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun. The bathroom was also quite big with good plumbing — hot water was always available and the water pressure was strong. Overall everything was clean and well maintained. One small thing that felt a bit strange was that we were given only one towel per person. If a place positions itself as a hotel rather than a guesthouse, it would be nice to have at least two towels per guest. Another detail we didn’t love was the drinking water system. Water is provided in a jug rather than sealed plastic bottles. While it may be more eco-friendly, personally I feel a bit more comfortable when the drinking water comes in sealed bottles. The hotel has a large swimming pool which looks nice, although we didn’t end up using it — when you’re on Gili, swimming in the ocean feels like the obvious choice. Breakfast was probably the most disappointing part of the stay. There is a menu, but in reality there aren’t many options to choose from. On the second morning about half of the menu was unavailable when we tried to order, and no explanation was given. Amsterdam - Good cafe near the hotel :) in the end we sorted out our breakfast there Overall, Sea Shell Hotel Gili is a decent option if you’re looking for a quiet place to stay with spacious rooms and a good bathroom. It’s not perfect, but for a short stay on the island it worked well enough.

Good location and new and modern big rooms . Bathroom also modern and big with hot water. Pool also is good and clean . Staff is very kind . Only minus is worst wifi signal all of our stay . Especially on second floor. Other minus is early check out - 10:30 This is too early. Everything else is fine .

We had 4 nights at seashells. Such a welcoming team and the place is super nice. The rooms are spacious with a huge bathroom. Short walk to the beach with a lot of activities. We enjoyed every bit of our stay and the team is so helpful arranging activities for families. Suggest all to rent a bike or e bike to move around. Highly recommended place to stay with families

Great location, just 2 min walk from the beach. Staff was very atenttive and proffesional. You can rent a bike or scooter directly at reception. Highly recomended.

Brilliant rooms and location just off the beach on the other side of the island away from the hustle and bustle of the port side Only slight criticism is the housekeeping only one towel 2 coffee sachets and no milk and toiletries almost out Otherwise good value and lovely people

I liked this hotel so much that I decided to extend my stay. Besides being comfortable with friendly staff and a wonderful pool it’s a great location.
