The hotel greeted us with a Wedding Day congratulations! It was awesome! Thank you so much for that. The hotel itself is great. The rooms are good. It has its own small grounds, but a lot of it is run-down. It needs a little, but clear, attention. You can see it in the photos. Also very important - it's located across the road from the beach. It has its own beach, but there's no entry – it needs to be cleared of stones a bit. That's easy, but nobody cares. Breakfast: the coffee was real and good for the first time on the whole trip. The breakfast itself was so-so :(. I'm giving it a 5-star rating because of the greeting and the staff's attitude, not because of the impassable beach or the many worn-out elements (visible in the photos).

The hotel is clean and the staff is polite and warm. The only great issue we found was that the food took forever to arrive when ordered and the chairs and sun beds were old and dirty. But the location and cleanliness are perfect. If they can fix those issues, this place would be perfect for a quiet stay in Gili T. There are surfing and snorkeling activities available right in front of the hotel, which is located basically on the beach. Great place for the price!

The hotel is located far from the port, towards the southern part of the island, about a kilometer. After this hotel there are no other hotels. There are literally 3-4 free sun loungers from the hotel, the rest are paid. There are no turtles opposite the hotel, they are on the opposite side of the island, there are especially many of them on the northern part. The pool in the hotel is small. Lizards run around in the bungalow, when you turn on the light in the dark, you always notice them nearby. The bed is terribly creaky, old (like everything in the bungalow). There is no shower head, the shower is vertical, very inconvenient. The air conditioner periodically starts to hum

The staff are very friendly and polite. The beach outside the hotel is very beautiful and you can swim and play in the water at any time. The breakfast is very good. It is recommended to bring breakfast when booking a room. It is good value for money.

Such an amazing place and friendly people. Damiano looked after anything we wanted to experience. Highly recommend

Excellent accommodation and staff. The location was very good and the service was wonderful. Bikes were available for hire, The food was lovely.

Staff is super friendly, especially the guy called „Sandy“. He and his friends organised couple really nice birthday surprises for my girlfriend. The only thing what could be better is the Ac, the acs in the upper rooms (deluxe rooms) are to small for the big room. Everything else was really nice

I was in the Trawangan resort for 5 nights with my 2 toddlers staying in a 2 room villa. Perfect location if you try to stay away too busy/crowd area but also easy to reach to the key locations with few min walking. We had a great time, all the resort staffs are super friendly (just recall Mas Yari & Sandy name) & tried to accommodate us in best possible way. Only feedback I gave them was to have more fish options in the menu considering we are in a sea beach resort & expect to have more fish option. They helped extensively to guide us how to reach to the resort by managing the right boats & also helped to arrange the boat & car for the return to airport. Defiantly I'll love to go back again

Second year coming to Gili Trawangan and I see a good offer on Booking, it's off season and there are few people!! Welcomed by the manager in a FANTASTIC way, we immediately find an agreement and I pay the first 4 nights! I told him that I would have liked a quiet room and the resort, as you can see from the photos, will be more than 150 meters deep, so he takes me to one of the last rooms and in the evening I don't hear any noise, especially the mosque which in these Muslim islands at 4 or 5 in the morning begins its prayers with a megaphone! Very nice room with wooden parquet... every day cleaning, breakfast facing the sea included and you can choose between 4/5 types of breakfast! In my opinion the location of the resort is also fantastic, 600/700 meters from the port, still on the main road (seafront) and 700/800 meters on the other side of the island where the most beautiful resorts and bars are, so a truly strategic position! In 15 minutes you're in the center and in 15 minutes you're in the sunset area, obviously on foot (many rent bikes or e-bikes, for me it only makes sense if you stay 1 or 2 days)! I can't help but emphasize the kindness of all the staff, who always greet you cordially... I think the manager works from 4 to 6 hours because there wasn't a single time I stopped by the reception and he wasn't there... In fact, I asked him if he had a twin brother! I was really very very satisfied, obviously we are not all the same and maybe we don't all have the same needs! But I needed this! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU

The photos don't quite capture the atmosphere: we actually found ourselves in a hotel undergoing renovation. Right at the entrance to the corridor leading to the rooms, a bathroom was left permanently open, certainly not inviting. The rooms were typical, but with dirty windows and mirrors. Even the restrooms revealed weeks of neglect. The hotel's saving grace, so to speak, is its location—not exactly close to the city center, but excellent—and the extremely courteous staff.

The first and certainly most serious problem with this hotel is the presence of cockroaches, beetles, and enormous spiders in our room. This situation caused great anxiety, and after reporting the presence of spiders barely larger than the palm of our hand three times in the same day (the reception staff promptly intervened to capture the insects), we requested a room change and were given a lower category room (obviously, a refund for the difference in rate was not even issued, although it would have been fair to fully reimburse us for the two sleepless nights we spent because of this). Furthermore, to change rooms, we were forced to check our clothes and suitcases to ensure there were no other insects hiding among them, which cost us almost half a day. To make matters worse, the Wi-Fi was poor and the shower flow was minimal, while in the second room the faucet was completely broken. The sanitary conditions were decidedly unsatisfactory. The rooms were only cleaned twice during our entire week-long stay (despite checking out at 7 a.m. every morning), leaving the room in a state of disrepair. The soap dispenser was broken, and despite reporting it, not only was it not replaced, but they even attempted to charge us for it upon checkout. This behavior is unacceptable and shows a serious lack of customer service. The pillowcases of two pillows in the second room had a terrible yellowish stain. Another major disappointment was finding out that the hotel was undergoing renovations and some amenities were unavailable. We tried to contact the hotel manager, but he was never available. In short, The Trawangan Resort failed in every important aspect: cleanliness, comfort, service, and management. The only positive aspect worth mentioning, besides the reception staff, is the presence of Mochi, the hotel cat, who is very friendly and cuddly!

On the beach, south of the island with fewer tourists everywhere, we were almost alone on the beach which is very, very beautiful. As for the 2 bedroom villas, they are large, clean and magnificent with a very pleasant small private swimming pool. The value for money is very good. Quite a few restaurants nearby, including the night market and the little Gili, very nice in the evening for dinner. One of the favorites of our trip
