Overall, I liked everything except for the waiters, who constantly seem to suspect you're going to run out on your tab without paying 🤣🤣, even though we've been coming here for cocktails many times. In the evenings, they sometimes write messages on the mirror, and there are other cute little touches that warm your heart. I definitely recommend it! If the waiters annoy you, just snap at them and say, 'Bring the bill for signature right away,' and that's it. Try the frozen strawberry Daiquiri or the Piña Colada. They're amazing!!!!

Awesome hotel had a great experience, the food was good and vibe is nice and quiet, the location is a bit far from the main ongoings in the evening but that is more of a bonus if you want the option to join the hustle and bustle but also to chill without noise etc. My only suggestion would be to add soundproofing of some sort to the downstairs rooms the noise from upstairs was quite loud and it seems there is no sound barrier at all. Note: we visited in the shoulder season so the whole island was quitter than usual, so the vibe could be very different in peak season.

The hotel is good and as a guest you have priority to join the event in the hotel, which is very helpful as it gets crowded very quickly.

Outstanding service - not every luxury hotel have such attentive and professional staff. Great food, especially breakfast! Nice and clean rooms. Shots and snacks served to hotel guests during the day. Cherry on top - fire show and fireworks every night. Anyway, it’s not for those who plans to work online, I barely had some voice calls and couldn’t use laptop at all. My Telkomsel worked too bad too in that area, closer to the center - the better connection. Wasn’t a disadvantage for me because I had days off. Otherwise, could be problematic.

Fantastic service from Putu the manager and the team. We arrived and was greeted warmly then we were ushered to a smooth check in. Very accommodating and friendly management to cater to our enquiries even before we arrived. We rented bicycles from the hotel throughout our stay there to go around the island. Good condition bike and they clean our bike after every night. Room is spacious. Bathroom is squeaky clean. Pool is directly outside the room. On our first night, the team decorated our room to welcome us the second time after the whole day out. They have fire show 2x a week too. Highly recommended.
