This was a convenient place to stop on our road trip. We enjoyed our stay because check in was quick, the place was clean and comfortable and quiet.
Breakfast was tasty. I did note the lack of gluten-free options for me. Other hotels keep single serve items on hand for such dietary needs, such as bagels or muffins. However, I was still able to eat the eggs and sausage just fine.

I've stayed at several other hotels in Gillette. This one has consistently provided the best environment, cleanliness, service, and value. I highly recommend it.

The front desk and other staff members were very friendly and helpful. Updated, clean rooms. Safe area to stay. Many restaurants are within walking distance.

On your website it said there was a hot tub, they said it was being fixed, it wasn’t and we were there for 3 days. We received a wake up call at 2:00 AM twice it’s very hard to get back to sleep. They said they cleaned our room, they didn’t and we had to request towels. I booked this hotel based on your 9.4 rating and I do not complain or usually do reviews but I was very disappointed and will not stay here again and I will tell my family/ friends the same. We have family who live in Gillette so we do travel there yearly.

The room was not vacuumed before our arrival. I found a comb full of hair in the back of the office chair.

The biggest issue was the pet fee, online it says free abd even on-site signage says pets stay free but we were charged a $25 fee. The staff said the management won’t remove the free signage but msjrs them charge the fee.

Very nice hotel In convenient location. Good value. The Wi-Fi did not work most of our stay, snd the tv was not a smart tv.
