Nice hotel but it’s not convenient for the people don’t have a car

A family hotel, had a warm welcome and a family room for 5. The hotel has its own busstop with the same name as the hotel. Only the tv was small.

Hotel includes breakfast tastes normally ok. The dinner/food in the restaurant one would expect a higher standard in terms of ingredient and cooking skills. The room is not clean and with a smell of toilet, even worse, other people's toilet, even it was not used at all. Staff members are friendly they try their best to help to solve issues happened regardless.

This hotel delivered what it says on the tin; nothing fancy and no pretence to be stylish. The hotel is tired and needs a major update, but for the cost, it was good. Breakfast exceeded expectations and the internal gardens were a nice touch.

Average hotel. Looks very run down entering the car park and around the outside. Ok inside. Rooms quite small and don’t have air conditioning, fan was provided but leaving the windows open at night meant I ended up with a number of bites. Also, the noise from the road nearby meant there was the regular noise of cars through out the night every few mins. Unlikely to stay again unfortunately. 😢

Hi. I stay in the King Charles hotel every week and believe it to be the best accommodation in the area in terms of value for money and room comfort by a long way. The rooms are warm, and clean, as are the showers. The breakfast is tasty with super service and the reception and bar staff are all friendly and helpful. Car parking is also generally fairly easily. All good, a home from from home. Thankyou King Charles hotel.

Just not Good No friendly behaviour No clean No breakfast good

This is an excellent hotel, with good facilities, lovely central courtyard, plenty of free parking, and very friendly staff. With Chatham and the Dockyard nearby, the location is excellent. Not certain which category to put this hotel in! It's not luxury but better than budget. The rooms are a little dated and the TVs need upgrading. The shower, again, a little dated. We booked a room for three as our adult son has learning disabilities. He was delighted to find he had a separate bedroom with his own, small TV. The rooms were clean, the hotel tidy, and a very good breakfast was included in the price. Overall, good value for money.
