Friendly staff. Good location in about the middle of the island with free parking. Clean and spacious with many plugs. Family mart down stairs. Negatives are: gecko in the room, no bottled water, pillow with very little stuffing makes you feel like sleeping without a pillow. Cleaning is every 3 days and only if you put a sign up for it. Bathroom is typically small as Japanese standard, which is a loss because they could've made the room larger by merging the "changing" room with the bathroom.

The Grand Hotel Ginowan was an excellent stay. The Family Mart right on-site and open 24 hrs is fabulous. We really enjoyed our stay here!

We like this hotel it’s close to donki, daiso and grocery stores, there’s also family mart right at the hotel. Staffs are very friendly and accommodating! Clean rooms and just very convenient. We would recommend this. We stayed here during the big typhoon and most of the houses got no electricity but this hotel managed to stay put which we felt very safe. We will definitely go back

This time I chose to stay at this hotel after seeing everyone's sharing on Trip.com. Location: There are no attractions or any shopping malls nearby, just one convenience store Parking: Free parking Room: Very clean (I chose to stay on the Club Floor), as I prefer the room a little bigger and with a terrace Staff: Very good 👍 Although the language barrier, they are also very patient Google Translate correspondence and communicate with us Breakfast: Not much choice, only basic Western breakfast is provided The first thing to do when staying at this hotel is that you must take a self-drive tour (with a car instead), as the hotel is not located near the city center, and there is not any subway or train station nearby. The room with a sea view from the terrace was very comfortable. Special note is that the main entrance of the hotel is facing the two ancestors resting, location (cemetery), but the hotel room view is completely invisible, because it is in the opposite direction, before booking to consider.

The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. I could see the ocean in the distance, so it was nice to be able to enjoy the view while drinking coffee in the room. I would like to stay here again next time.

Very convenient, I went to the wrong house and went to another one 10 minutes drive is a bit far But supermarket goods are definitely cheaper There is also a Nishimatsuya next to it. There is a Don Quijote store 8 minutes away from the hotel. As well as McDonald's and some restaurants. Will come back to stay next time if I have the chance.

There is a FamilyMart convenience store downstairs of the hotel, where you can buy needed items or late-night snacks at any time, which is very convenient. There is ample parking space, so you don’t have to worry about parking at all, which is good news for self-driving people! The room is clean and tidy, and the sound insulation effect is also very good. It is very quiet at night and will not be disturbed by the outside world. However, if you don’t have a car, transportation may be slightly inconvenient and you will need to rely on taxis or other modes of transportation. But for self-driving travelers, this is not a problem at all! Overall, this is a hotel that is very suitable for quiet relaxation. It has a good location and complete living functions. It is worth recommending!

The hotel is next to the highway and it is easy to miss the entrance, but there is a convenience store and a gas station downstairs of the hotel, and donki is a 10-minute drive away. The room has a nice view of the sea and good soundproofing. Will stay again if I have the chance!
