Agriturismo Santa Margherita

We stayed 4 nights at this agritourismo and everything was perfect for our family. The Sicilian evening on Tuesday was a true magical moment with the traditional music and delicious food. The kids loved the playground, pool and pasta. The staff were very kind and helpful. They recommended nice beaches to visit during our stay, and helped organize our Eolie island tour. I highly recommend this accommodation for families.

the place is absolutely amazing, staff very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable even if basic. Very good, modern bathroom. It was pet friendly as some guests had a dog.

We arrived at the hotel very excited and were truly impressed by the beautiful view. Unfortunately, we left feeling very disappointed. I travel frequently and have stayed in many hotels. Sometimes everything is perfect, sometimes just average, and usually small inconveniences can be overlooked. However, in this case our stay in Room 3 was extremely difficult, and we left without having slept. The main issue was the noise level in the room. The air conditioning unit from the neighboring room appeared to be broken and was making very loud, constant noises throughout the night, making it impossible to sleep. When we reported this, we were told that the heating system would be turned on so that the noise from the broken air conditioner would not be heard. Unfortunately, the noise in the room did not improve. In addition, the doors of three nearby rooms were extremely loud when opening and closing. We could clearly hear every word spoken by the neighbors, which made the room feel very poorly insulated. There are also two very cute dogs in the courtyard—nothing against them—but they were barking continuously in the middle of the night. In the end, falling asleep was only possible with headphones. What also surprised us was that during checkout we were not asked a single question about how our stay had been. It is a pity, because the location and the view are truly beautiful, but unfortunately the noise situation made it impossible for us to rest.

This place has breath-taking views with exceptional hospitality from both the owners and the staff! We have dined there on several occasions, they offer amazing genuine food with a true Sicilian experience! Keep up the good work and thanks for a lovely stay.

I have stayed here in October for a week, it was amazing. Really good value for money, food was very original and the staff and the owner are super friendly! The place is very peaceful!

Views The view here is everything i dream.of for when i retire. Stunning views. Hosts are amazingly friendly and helpful and food was delicious and without all those horrible chemicals. All from the farm. The wine was a little too good and gave us some wonderful dreams ( sarcasm btw)

I'm sure on a nice day, this place is absolutely awesome. Unfortunately for me it was raining and cold, and after a horrifying ride up the mountain, I was greeted by the dog that jumped up on me and got my pants very muddy (I love dogs but he was extremely muddy and kept jumping on me).. I had to ask for the bottle of wine and that came with the room. The girl that checked me in was not very nice. You can hear the neighbors come in and out because the main door is large and slams. There is no quiet way to close it. The morning was better. The gentleman at the desk was very friendly and the breakfast was terrific with so many choices. I would try it again, but on a nice summer day

This was an unfortunate end to a really great holiday in Sicily. When we arrived at the agriturismo there had been a mix up on their side and we actually only had 1 room rather than 2 so 4 of us had to sleep in one room. The decor in the rooms was dated to say the least, with interesting plastic butterflies and sunflowers stuck to the fake stone walls. The beds and furniture in general in the rooms resembled stuff that most people would throw out (non-matching sheets, random beds put together) not the alleged 4 stars the place claims. However on the plus the room was clean when we arrived. There was room cleaning service at all - at least not for us. I chose this place as a convenient hop to the islands however that was not the case at all and due to the fact boats from Patti were no longer running we had to go to Milazzo anyway. Not somewhere I would ever recommend and intend to go back to.

Perfect if you want traditional quiet with amazing views, staff very helpful, food and wine on tap, hire car is a must to visit local towns and beaches. Rooms basic clean and with all essentials, google translate helped when talking to the locals and reading the menus. Definitely would recommend it
