Out of season has poor facilities,set on a hillside too extreme to walk far, no local transportation available out of season, airport pick up very expensive, no entertainment, sky tv all In Italian, had to queue for coffee at breakfast. Beautiful location-

I stayed at this hotel with my three daughters (14, 11 and 3) .They enjoyed the stay, had lots of fun in the pool and with the animation team. The youngest really enjoyed the baby dance!... Staff were extremely friendly, caring and pleasant, starting from the reception, restaurant and animation. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay as a single mother as easy as possible. They accomodated our requests for dishes (they youngest one is a very picky eater) and even found a pair of armbands for the little one to enjoy the pool! Buffet breakfast is abundant with many choices from sweet to savoury and fresh fruit at every meal! Meals are generally very tasty and delicious with different options everyday... Room was very clean and spacious, beds comfortable. Great service of a minibus to and from the beach is also available every 10-15 min so if you are looking for some relax time and not sightseeing you don't even need to use your car! The recdptions staff set us up with a day trip to Eolie Islands, with pick up and drop off right in front of the hotel. That hotel has it all! Could the hotel use a bit of refreshing? Sure, but the perfect location, breathtaking views and sunset, exceptional staff make up a slightly ripped curtain!!

First of all the rooms are lovely and spacious also very clean. There was a lot of selection for breakfast, lunch and dinner and it was all delicious. The pool is gorgeous and there is also a gorgeous view. The staff is super friendly and ready to help. Also when we realised we didn't have our swimming caps we just went ahead and asked the reception and the were very nice and provided one for each of us.

First I'd like to rate the rooms. I rate the rooms 5 stars, very spacious and clean. Next, I'd like to rate the service. The service was great, also five stars, and the staff was very friendly. Always available to help. The food was very tasty and the location was a 5/5 with a beautiful view of the pool. I went during Ferragosto, and they did a lovely dinner for all the hotel. There is baby dance every night for the little ones, and comedy after that. Then, they have group dance, which is like baby dance, but for adults.

Let’s start with the positive thing which is the beautiful view from the pool and balcony. The hotel beach is beautiful, but you can only get to and from the beach between 10-13.00 and 15.30-19.00. However, there is so much wrong with this place. The staff is directly unfriendly if you don’t speak Italian. The information you get is incorrect. We only had breakfast included, but we took a look at the lunch and dinner buffets and I can not recommend it. There are NO taxis in the entire town, so when we arrived at the train station there was no way of getting to the hotel other than by foot. If you want to see the town or eat dinner out, you have to walk up and down all the hills, which in many ways is well worth it considering the food options at the hotel. We spent the last day of our stay after check out at the pool, and be aware that you have to wear a swimming cap. There’s also noisy entertainment where you’re basically forced to participate in games. Loud music. The view is beautiful and the beach is nice, however I would not recommend anyone without a car to stay here.

I would not rate this hotel at all, it has to be the worst hotel I have stayed in. From driving up the very narrow driveway, to front desk which did not make you feel welcome. The rooms were very awkward it took 2 dirty smelly elevators with no ventilation to get to our room, not to mention the nightmare parking. The rooms were dirty, we had to ask for block out curtains as there were none, the bathroom was dirty and water temperature was always Luke warm. As for the breakfast it was very ordinary, the wait for coffee and quality was awful, we stayed for dinner one night and it was horrible, food with no flavour at all. The only good thing was the view from the pool however it closed between 1-3pm, had to wear a cap, and bar device was very slow. Very noise at night with these silly games that lasted past midnight too. Never again will I stay here or recommend it. Extremely highly priced for what it was.

Views great! Restaurant portions are a bit small and the options and varieties especially with the main course were a bit limited. Other than that room ok. Air conditioning in room great. Just a bit staining in the hotel decor which i suggest to be changed

Very large rather family hotel!
Top location facing the sea!
Large family room, swimming pool (limited in cleanliness) with a lot of people, a super nice bartender, average breakfast.
