Spectacular view, very clean rooms with attention to the smallest details, top hospitality, fantastic and very rich breakfast served in the room to be enjoyed on the terrace overlooking the sea, very honest prices. All carefully supervised with great kindness by the owner Roberta and with the friendliness and professionalism of Monica. Highly recommended!

Camere perfettamente pulite, letti comodissimi ed una bella vista sul mare con balcone su cui poter fare una piacevole colazione in camera. L'hotel si trova ai piedi di Giulianova, a qualche centinaio di metri dal mare che è facilmente raggiungibile in auto. È un piccolo hotel curato e molto tranquillo, con un ristorante al piano inferiore (ma non si sente nessun rumore). Il personale è disponibile e gentilissimo, in particolare Monica che ci ha coccolati.

Posto meraviglioso con vista sul mare. La camera Rubino è dotata di ogni comfort e la pulizia è impeccabile. Molto bella l'idea della ricca colazione in camera da fare sul balconcino privato. Grazie allo staff e sopratutto a Monica per la sua professionalità e gentilezza!

Cibo buono, la pizza buonissima, le camere arredate con stile e gusto, il balcone con vista mare veramente bello, la pulizia c’è ma le formiche nel bagno e delle macchie sul pavimento mi hanno lasciato l’amaro in bocca. I cuscini molto scomodi.

Situato vicinissimo al centro storico, sulla collina che sovrasta la parte moderna a mare. Per raggiungere il lungomare a piedi ci vogliono circa 15 minuti. Nel periodo estivo ci sono dei collegamenti con mezzi pubblici. Le stanze sono tutte fornite di balcone vista mare, in cui si può consumare la colazione, servita in camera (la colazione si ordina il giorno prima dal menu, non c'è buffet self-service). L'auto si può parcheggiare nel parcheggio privato. Stanze molto silenziose. Nella stanza in cui abbiamo pernottato (la "oro"), per una settimana, c'è un solo armadio senza cassetti, per cui lo spazio a disposizione per il vestiario è esiguo.
