Hotel is on the seafront and beach umbrella, sunbed and deck chair were included in the price. Our room was at the rear on the second floor and had no sea view. It had a small cooking area, which we didn't use, and this impacted on space inside the room. The double bedhad a rubber/plastic mattress protector which caused us to sweat. The room was cleaned and towels changed daily. However the sheets were changed only once in two weeks. The owner was not very friendly and on check in we were asked to pay our balance in full, something I've never experienced. Generally the restaurant food was OK but salty and pasta was often under cooked. Restaurant service was variable, sometimes we had to ask for bread, glasses, cutlery and once did complain about the delay in service. Coffee was extra, apart from breakfast, but on occasion we didn't take a dessert with our meal, but asked for coffee, I assumed that we would not be charged for this. However on leaving the hotel we were presented with a bill for coffee, which seemed pathetic to me. In fact my wife was ready to leave after a few days but having paid in full at the start of our stay, this was not an option. We paid in excess of 2000 euros for our holiday but I guess we'll chalk it off to experience!!!

Bellissimo posto fronte mare, immagino d' estate sarà ancora più bello. Abbiamo mangiato molto bene e pagato il giusto. Antipasti veramente buoni. Servizio veloce e cameriere molto gentili. Ci tornerò sicuramente!

Siamo andati in questo ristorante di fronte al mare per provarlo in quanto ne avevamo sentito parlare molto bene, e abbiamo trovato esattamente ciò che cercavamo ! Un menù completo e molto buono di pesce, mia nipote ha chiesto il bis di gnocchi, COMPLIMENTI ALLO CHEF! Siamo stati serviti da un personale molto gentile e disponibile, sicuramente lo consiglio per chi vuole mangiare bene, sano e godersi una giornata in compagnia

Zona tranquilla,appartamenti confortevoli. Posizione SPETTACOLARE. 10 m dal mare e lontano dal caos. Ultimo ma non meno importante qualità del cibo SUPERLATIVA. Trovata tanta disponibilità e cortesia. Ci torneremo sicuramente e lo consiglio 😍

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Ho optato per la pensione completa. Si mangia bene. Menu che varia di giorno in giorno con diverse scelte. Colazione completa di tutto. Ottima la pulizia dei locali. Stanza grande e confortevole, balconi spaziosi.

Ero stato per il ponte di Pasqua in questa struttura,visto l'accoglienza ci sono tornato per le ferie estive. Il residence è una bella struttura completa di tutto,nelle camere si sta bene sia se siete in due come noi ,ma anche una famiglia con i bilocali sta di lusso. C'è una piscina molto bella ma se volete usufruire della spiaggia non ci sono problemi perché proprio di fronte vi è un lido convenzionato con il residence (a proposito anche lì persone squisite), La colazione è abbondante e di ottima qualità (i cornetti e le torte mamma mia....gnam gnam)il ristorante non tradisce la vicinanza al mare con piatti di ottimo pesce fresco,ma se vi va una pizza provatela ne vale la pena. Infine il personale,che dire sono cordiali simpatici ti mettono a tuo agio permettendo al cliente di stare rilassato e coccolato per godersi la vacanza. A presto Luigi e grazie di tutto.

Bellissimo e moderno residence direttamente affacciato sulla spiaggia davanti al lido. Si trova alla fine di giulianova in posizione tranquilla. Molto bella anche la piscina ma acqua un po fredda. Appartamento perfetto e provvisto di tutto l’occorrente. Consigliato

Per essere onesto, avevo delle perplessità circa il residence Karina, mai stato in un residence , invece ho trovato un ambiente degno di nota. Camere accoglienti con tutto il necessario compresa la cucina che anche se mai adoperata è stata una comodità in più avendo al seguito un barboncino. Finestre insonorizzate e pulizia attenta. La ristorazione soddisfacente e abbondante, noi abbiamo preso sempre piatti a base di pesce fresco e ben cucinato. Il personale gentile è sempre disponibile. La piscina purtroppo è giustamente era interdetta agli animali quindi non ho potuto frequentarla. Nell’insieme la struttura, di recente rinnovamento, si presenta ottimamente. La spiaggia basta attraversare la strada e si è subito nello stabilimento balneare convenzionato, anche qui attenzioni e cortesie.
