We were greeted from above by Alam who told us to leave the luggage and climb aboard. After the taxi ascent to what seems like an impossible summit the taxi driver left us to the rescue of our attentive host Alam who proceeded to haul our cases like a Himalayan Sherpa. He made our room ready even though we were very early and let us get showered and pool ready. During our breakfast which was wonderful we met Michele who engaged us with his interesting conversation. Unbeknown to us he had found out it was our anniversary and arranged for us to have a fantastic lunch and special table set up with flowers and sparkling wine . Amazing thanks and warm appreciation for everything and a memorable occasion was really enjoyed by us both ❤️

Gorgeous place, lovely room&staff
I loved my stay at Petit Amour - the room was lovely, clean & comfy with everything needed and the views were incredible!
Breakfast was delicious and the hosts were really helpful & kind.
Only thing that’s worth pointing out to future guests is that it’s up a VERY steep hill, so isn’t really walkable to get anywhere, you’ll need a car or a cab to get places… but that’s why the view is so amazing!

Stunning scenery and so peaceful around the pool. Sitting outside on the veranda at night with a glass of wine is a treat for the soul. Alam the manager was great and the owner Michel is a tour de force with so many stories to tell about his fascinating life.

Excellent personalised service, Exotic oceanic view. Great food, Great walking exercise on top of the hill if you are a fitness. enthusiast. The staff very helpful and gives you full attention for anything you need . The hotel gives you a guide for other places you can visit to tour the island.

The villa has amazing rooms, huge balconies and the most wonderful hosts. The breakfasts and dinners we had there were the best cuisine we tasted. The owners are the loveliest and most welcoming people we ever experienced. They are very kind, helpful and happy all the time. You can have a nice chat with them but they don’t bother you. The rooms are very clean and spacious. The food they provide is truly more delicious than in any restaurants. We didn’t even go to any of them because we were so satisfied. I really hope to stay there again soon! Our group really loved living there! Hope all the bests for them!

Very nice place, perfect view on the sea. The very good breakfast and very testy dinner,probably the best on Mae. Friendly personnel. On the beaches of Mae are very poor service. Not enough shadow, strong necessity is exist to keep nature, including a trees. Everything is expensive. No place for walking. We had two excursions - around the Isle of Mae and Sent Anna with 4 small isles. For us it is enough. Better to relax in a pool of Villa. Generally, resort has a very good nature and unsatisfied service of some travel agency’s ( “Mae Guide” - don’t use).

Perfect place to visit Mahé with a magnificent view as the hotel is high up. The owners are charming and the food is good (we had dinner there every evening of our stay) and the breakfasts are very generous. The bedding is impeccable and comfortable.

We stayed at the villa as a couple with friends. Enjoyed your vacation to the fullest. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail: welcome iced tea, light music for the atmosphere, starters and drinks in the refrigerator (wine, juices, eggs, yogurt, bread, jam), which are included in the price. It’s very convenient that you can negotiate with the owner and the chef will prepare and serve breakfast/lunch/dinner right there. Breakfast cost 20 euros, dinner 30 euros per person (menu agreed upon by us). The hospitable owner allowed us to check in earlier and check out 4 hours later without additional charges. Besides him, there is also an invisible assistant, a very pleasant woman. All bedrooms have bathrooms; ours had a dressing room instead of a closet. Beau Vallon Beach is 1.5 km away, Sunset Beach is 1 km away, you can walk (min 30-40 to Beau Vallon), but it’s better to take a taxi (we agreed downstairs with the locals who are on duty near the beach or with the owner of the villa). A gorgeous panorama of the bay, for this view alone I would return. Thank you, everything was wonderful.
