We recently held my son’s 30th in the function room of the hotel and we also had family staying in the rooms. The experience from start to finish was excellent! A brilliant night at the function a big shoutout to Lynsey, Kerry and all the hardworking staff who helped to make it so special. The rooms themselves were spotless and comfortable and a fantastic breakfast the next morning. Thanks again guys 💜

We stayed 25th October for 1 night. What a lovely place and the staff are so nice. I am a fussy eater and for breakfast a member of staff went out of her way to make sure she found something I would eat other than just toast. The room was beautiful and the beds comfortable. We will definitely stay again when visiting family. Thank you. PS husband loved his full Scottish breakfast

This hotel was very welcoming, our room was fine with loads of towels, nice bedding and tea and coffee in abundance. Toiletries provide as well. Breakfast included was lovely - full Scottish- and plenty of cereals toast and tea and coffee. The bar in the evening was buzzy and fun and the staff lovely. Unfortunately and no fault of the staff the hot water boiler failed during the first of three nights. So no hot water in the morning!! Shame because the en-suite was lovely. Staff were great and facilitated a single room for us to exclusively use for showering. As this was a weekend and the problem might have needed a new boiler this continued until today when we left. When we settled up the management were very generous with reduction in the costs and we cannot fault the onsite staffs attention and care. We will definitely return and hope they get a swift resolution to an unexpected issue. Thank you for your care.

The only 2 things this hotel has going for it are the breakfasts and the location. For starters trying to get into the 'car park' was an experience. Then finding somewhere my car would fit was another challenge. If you drive anything bigger than a 3-door hatchback you will struggle. The rooms are a decent size. The bathroom is small, and the ventilation doesn't work Beds are extremely uncomfortable The furniture looks old and dated Random switches in the room that do nothing They use extension leads to have power near the bedside tables

Nice enough venue Just feel they are trying to cater for all and cram it all in. Atmosphere can become chaotic with so much going on. I wouldn't fancy a meal in here when it's very busy as not comfortable. Can't fault the quality of food all looks and tastes delicious so that's a plus . Lunches , funerals, drinkers and guests all at once not ideal reminds me of a Wetherspoons but a bit dearer .

First visit to the hotel this year with my friend ( who is a regular ). We sat outside and had a delicious lunch in the sunshine. We ordered prawn cocktail, a tiger prawn salad and the lemon butter chicken salad , all of which were wonderful. The staff were their usual friendly and helpful selves , nothing was too much trouble. So nice to see all the renovations and decor changes to the hotel , it's looking great 👍

We recently had a fantastic family meal at the Crookston Hotel, staff couldn’t do enough for us & food was excellent. The restaurant area was great for a large family dinner party! Thanks so much 💕 We have booked to go back soon for another family celebration 🍾 x

went for our badminton Christmas meal. I wasn't totally happy with the menu - for vegetarians the starter and main were very similar and didn't show much creativity. the starter was nice, but the main..... omg it said it was "tomato and roasted pepper pasta served with goats cheese and fresh peashoots" when it arrived it had neither goats cheese or peashoots, and had a lot of chilli, so i explained this to the staff, another plate came out with a few crumbles of goats cheese and a few pea shoots ( about 3!!) it also had so much chilli in it that i actually couldn't eat it, was absolutely awful and disappointing, i said this to the staff and no response. I tried to call them and left a message ...but no response, i think they got my money and dont care.
