Novotel Glasgow Centre

Lovely experience at the hotel! Great staff very clean and nice room. Only query I have is there is no staircase to the carpark and the sign postage of said carpark could be better! Otherwise lovely stay

Nice quiet location. Room has everything you would need/want. Staff efficient and polite. Didn’t eat at hotel so cannot comment on food. All in all wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

The worst experience, I have had at this chain of hotels. I travelled the world and stayed in multiple hotels but I have never ever been this humiliated, succumbing to ****** from the entire hotel from the front desk to the house keeping in Novotel Glasgow. One of the worst experiences & rooms are not up the mark. Horrible I have stayed here for 2 weeks. Never again.

The bedroom decor was very outdated and cleaners randomly came into my room when I was changing. Great location but needs updating in terms of rooms

Such a great place to stay, in walking distance of city centre. Room & staff first class

Lovely room for a family of four. The front desk staff were very helpful, but unfortunately, none of them mentioned that the hotel offers a free gym and steam room/spa for guests. I only found out about this after checking out, which was a shame. Our experience with breakfast wasn’t great. On the first day, we waited around 20 minutes for two fried eggs—one of which came overcooked and the other undercooked with a runny center. On the last day, they had already run out of croissants more than an hour before breakfast ended. Also, there were no signs indicating the availability of chocolate powder for hot chocolate, so I didn’t realise it was there until our final morning. Additionally, the hotel advertises a free drink when signing up for membership. I scanned the QR code and signed up on the first day, but there were no instructions on how to claim the drink, so I never got to use it.

Good hotel with friendly welcome. Decent facilities both in room and the wider hotel.

Avoid this one, many better hotels in the area.  There was blood on the sheets on check in, we asked for the sheets to be changed only to find in the morning they had just turned the sheets over. Have no faith that the sheets or towels were actually changed at all after the previous occupants.  I put in a formal complaint both with the hotel and directly with Accor and over two weeks later have still not had a reply from the manager I spoke to at check out.
