We just had a stay in the queen street apartments very nice and accommodating. There was a staff member named Scott fox, he was more than helpful, chatty, and helped with our luggages and he attended to all our requests, Best polite and made the experience memorable. All staff Were nice and always happy to help. Great stay great staffs.

Apartment was quiet, clean, great location, good amenities. However, there is never anyone on location to help with check-in or any problems you may have with the apartment. The code sent to enter the building often is wrong or not sent early enough to let you in - other residents generally help you in because they encountered the same problem. The only office is on George Street. Don’t bother calling- they probably won’t answer the phone. Use WhatsApp to contact them. The staff there was very helpful, but the other property is over near George Square about a mile away. Also, there are no physical keys - you have to load an app on your phone to use as a key.

Spacious apartment. Bedrooms were great size also. Unfortunately the ensuite had a bad odour which disappeared when you turn on the shower

Good sized apartment with kitchen. Has dishwasher, coffee machine etc. had everything we needed, location was great as well. The underfloor heating was preset elsewhere so you couldn’t adjust the temperature. We found it very cold in there. I communicated this with staff who had apparently checked it after we left and said it was on… The apartment was clean apart from a big poo that had been left in one of the toilets there. I emailed housekeeping who said they could send someone later to clean it but we were going to be out and didn’t want anyone coming in when our stuff was in there.

Promised much but sadly a little disappointed It seemed to be a complex process to gain access and caused some confusion but staff did sort things out promptly. The washing machine in the apartment hadn’t been emptied on arrival but thankfully it was just towels (there were others available). City centre location meant it was noisy with building works still going on in the early evening and starting again at 08.00 which wasn’t ideal. Promised much but was sadly a little disappointed

The Premier Suites in bath street is a nice new building and presents a modern appearance. The remote check in lacked a human touch. We booked the property because it had a fully equipped kitchen. This was not entirely correct. The kitchen lacked a fry pan, an egg slide, a colander, a dish cloth and oven gloves. Also we found the dish washer had not been emptied and a spoon with food residue was left in it. There was no broom to sweep the floor which was dusty. One window could not be closed. Because of the remote check in the only way we could contact staff was by email. We were traveling with an eSIM so voice calls were not possible. We were promised the window would be attended but nothing happened.

Two bedroom unit was spacious, mattress was really comfortable, lounge seating not so much (very low). Good central location and uber and other transport services in Glasgow terrific. TV in bedroom did not receive an aerial signal despite it being reported and investigated. Never fixed during 8 day stay. Welcome information poor. No designated parking space despite paying £20/night!!

The apartment wasn’t clean as expected. Due to the late arrival, had a hard time to check in. They haven’t had a laundry detergent
