Mind-blowing! The hotel is in a quiet area, but not far from the shops and restaurants. The room was tidy and fresh, and the staff are polite and offer a warm smile

The room was clean but showing signs of wear and tear. On entering the reception area ithere was a very strong smell of marijuna. Not a pleeasant odour at best especially in a hotel. There were two young men n the darkened area near the front entrance. They looked to be wearing worn and dirty clothing. The access to the hotel is very poorly lit and needs to be cleaned. The Heras fencing surrounding the hotel had partly collapsed and gives a very poor impression of the place. On leaving i could see that there were sleeping bags and dirty clothing from what I can only concur is from homless young men. Very disappointing to be frank. Not worth anywhere close to £140/night and no breakfast. The staff I spoke to were pleasant enough. Very poor overall I sad to report.

We booked at the last minute due to change in circumstances. As a customer that uses trip.com very regularly as well as my partner does kellyboyddd95@gmail.com. We arrived at the hotel to find it was also a hotel housing families from abroad. This should have been advertised when booking the hotel. My partner was afraid to go for a cigarette on her own. Also the fact that there was rats running about outside the main entrance to the hotel.

Much more basic than expected. Bed was made up of two singles which barely stayed together through the night. Tea and coffee facilities were poor as were the toiletries. Not worth the price at all. Breakfast at £14 per head was totally overpriced. Food was luke warm and very bland. Will not be back.

Feel disappointed for windows that cannot be opened. Good location, but can have better facilities and service. 5 out of 10. Will never book this hotel.
