The hotel is located to close amenities. The hotel is clean beds are comfortable and have all the basic that is needed. Breakfast was 10/10. Staff were warm friendly. A big shout out to James and all the staff for being so kind and providing excellent customer service. Had a an early flight into Glasgow which meant we were up at 3am and arrived at 8:30am. We were allowed early check in, which was like water in the desert. We were exhausted and was able to sleep and rest. Beds were so comfy and gave us a quiet room. I would definitely stay again. My 1st trip to Glasgow, Scotland and the staff made it amazing. We had a late flight and was able to leave our luggage then come back and wait til we had to leave for airport. Would recommend don’t hesitate just book it!! You won’t regret.

facilities fine for what you pay, but our twin room turned out to be a double bed room when we booked in, I was travelling with my son (both adults) so was happy to share a room with him but not a bed, hence we booked a twin room, my printed out confirmation also showed a twin room, . reception were apologetic and offered to make up a studio couch for my son, we accepted but it was very inconvenient as I have to get up at least onece a night for the bathroom (Im 78) and had to climb over the end of the stuido bed and my sons feet as the bed was just about 2 inches from the wall when extended. We managed as it was only a two night stay.

The breakfast area is too small, all tables were busy and we had no where to have out breakfast. Otherwise staff were friendly.

What a surprise to come across a professionally run hotel! Everything was excellent from check in to breakfast which was very impressive both in quantity and quality. All staff were great and looked like they actually enjoyed their job…….well done and very much appreciated from happy guests.
