Good services, good location with plenty of carparks. Price is also very attractive.

Lovely stay the staff couldn’t help you enough so friendly and welcoming would definitely stay agin. The rooms were clean and tidy. The location was ideal as the motorway is right next to it

Had to stay in the area for work for 3 nights. Glad I stayed here. Really good location and close to glasgow. Straight off the motorway, so ideal for commuting. Staff great.

Waited quite a while to be able to check in. There was no air conditioning. The room was hot and I had to ask for a fan. The family room was small with the 3 beds all crammed together. The bathroom bin hadn’t been emptied and was full of sanitary towels. At breakfast the staff member couldn’t put 8 of us together even though it was nearly empty. Really needs updating. Near the motorway so easy to get away. Wouldn’t stay here again.

The outside of hotel is quite messy and needs a bit of attention. Staff were friendly on arrival and check in and check out was easy. On entering the hotel the heat hits you. The weather outside was only 20 degrees max however the heat in the hotel was easily 30+. The rooms were unbearable and it was impossible to sleep due to the heat. Staff were aware this was an ongoing issue that guests complained about. Many guests were talking about this at breakfast. People were stood outside to try and cool down before heading back to their rooms. The rooms needed a refresh and it wasn’t the cleanest. There was also no premier inn WiFi signal so be aware in you have paid to upgrade.
