Overall the hotel meets the standard 3-star. The major issue is the noise: the walls are very thin and the noise from the neighbours and the corridor can be disturbing. There is some noise coming from the radiator in the middle of the night too.
Hotel staff are nice and efficient.

I came here with my family for a 4 days holiday trip. Thw hotel is very nice, tidy, staff are very friendly. Booked a falimy room for 3 including a 3 yers old child but get a single ber extra 😉 which made my wife little off. Otherwise the hotel is 10/10. The main bus station is just 2.5 km away from the hotel. A bus stop right outside. Other transpot servives are close to the hotel as well. University of Glasgow and Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum is 5 minutes walking distance.

Everything is quite old. The lift is old get out from the lift look at the carpet on the hallway to walk to my room also old and scruffy. My room is old and The carpet is also old with the old heater and a lot of dust in it. One of the staff in the front desk is helpful and other one is not(The chubby one is not helpful). I will stay somewhere else next time.

As arrived I was told needed to pay 100 pound deposit , paid it not a problem thought was getting it returned following day when checked out , only to be told would be 5 /10 working days not very professional from the staff at all this should have been explained as I was left with nowhere to stay the night of checking out as the money weren’t transferred into my account

Very good location, near a park and lots of restaurants around. I especially love the Korean food restaurant nearby, it also provide take away service. Not so close to the univerisity, but close to the museum nearby. Quite and a reasonable choice.
