Wonderful night was spent here. Excellent value, with the mini bar and access to the Executive Lounge included in our rate. Very helpful to be able to check in slightly early, it was an easy and quick process. Polite and friendly staff. We’ll definately be back.

The location and facilities offered are really great. The best value is the rooms with executives lounge access. Staff were all helpful and friendly and keen to assist in every way.

The location is great. Just a min or less walk from Glasgow Queens Street Station and the bunchhan Street Subway. Also quite near to the bus stop where we took the airport Express to the airport.
A basic and clean room with a complimentary mini bar. And is near to the shopping area.

Great place
This hotel is very conveniently located to the Queen trainstation.
The front staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
A big Thank You to Stephen for helping us book our tour. It worked out great.
The 7 floor restaurant called Windows was a great place to eat and see the rooftops of Glascow.
Would highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent staff, location
Very friendly staff - Amy, Gavin, Patrick. Excellent. First room had faulty air conditioning - next morning we were moved to new room.

What a great hotel in the heart of it all. The best part was it’s location and the fabulous young man who checked us in, Patrick. A true gem who gave us great advice on things to do and was extremely welcoming.
