From the moment I booked this hotel it was all perfect! Perfection improved when we got a free upgrade. The reception staff were very professional. The hotel is modern and clean. Room was really clean with crisp white bedding and pristine modular type bathroom. There was a hairdryer (as expected) , there was an iron and ironing board (not expected). The hotel is extremely central but there was little or no street noise for being next to a city road and above a Wetherspoons and our room was only on the first floor. Bath towels were sparkling clean and a great size. In room soaps etc were very nice too. I had a great sleep however my husband has a less than perfect sleep due to my snoring and having a lovely comfy bed. Ha ha! I will definitely have this as a go to hotel when I’m in Glasgow. 10/10 for a great visit.

There is no kettle. Hot water at level 7 which only opens after 7am. The sofa bed was not prepared when i arrived and there is only one extra pillow. The front desk was super good throughout my stay but only the amenities not available. No toiletries and no kettle.

This hotel experience was fantastic! The room was clean and comfortable, the bedding felt like sleeping on clouds, and the facilities were complete. The staff were warm, attentive, and responsive. The location is excellent and convenient for getting around. I'll definitely come back next time! 🥰

This hotel is incredibly convenient for train travelers. There's an exit right from the train station, and you just cross the street to reach the hotel. The facilities are quite new. Rooms are cleaned daily with fresh towels, which is standard in my home country but not always the case abroad, where many hotels won't actively clean, empty trash, or change towels during a multi-night stay. The electric bed in the room felt unnecessary; our room was spacious enough that they could have easily added a couple of chairs without much cost, which would have greatly improved the guest experience.

Outstanding value for money! This brand-new hotel is spotlessly clean and conveniently located directly opposite the Central Station exit. I booked a suite, and it was incredibly spacious, with a generously sized living area. The bed even featured an adjustable angle.
