Yotel Glasgow

The location is the best, just a stone's throw from the central station. The room is quite small. There are no blackout curtains, so with the long summer daylight, it felt like morning after just a short sleep. The space-saving retractable bed frame sometimes makes noise when you turn. Great for convenience, but affected a little esp for light sleepers

Was ok Can’t use contactless even by Apple Pay for over £100. This wasn’t made clear on emails send prior and if you don’t have card with you- you will be unable to make payments Room clean and tidy Staff friendly

We only stayed briefly, but YOTEL Glasgow left a great impression. The location is unbeatable—right next to Central Station, perfect for travellers. We were lucky to receive an upgraded room, which was nice and spacious. It was also remarkably quiet for such a central spot. While the room showed a few signs of wear in places, the overall comfort and convenience more than made up for it. Recommended for a short stopover.

It was a lot smaller than I thought and the sink/toilet wasn’t as clean as you’d expect. I did ask to check in 30 mins early (as I was nearby anyway) and got a very snotty response from the reception lady. Location was so good! Especially if going to a concert at the Hydro, because it’s right by Central Station where you would come back to after.

Location was so close to dental station. Staff was friendly and professional a bit price and no other facilities inside the room. No kettles tea or coffee inside the room.

The hotel itself was nice. Spacious room, lack of plugs/usb sockets. Didn’t interact much with staff. When we stayed the hotel had 2 fire alarms in 1 morning. After the second time I just wanted to leave , went back up to my room and to top it off my room key wouldn’t work, my anxiety was through the roof , I was on my own and stressing out, the whole experience was awful, I walked out of the hotel in my pyjamas and booked a different hotel, I understand it’s not the hotels fault but I’ve ruined my plans now for Glasgow because it’s just thrown everything off. I was looking forward to a relaxing and restful hotel stay in Glasgow kid free. And now I’m stressed, overwhelmed and wanting to just go back home

Staff were friendly, helpful and always went the extra mile. We particularly appreciated the Purple Goes Green offer, where because opted out of daily housekeeping, we were given a voucher for free drinks at the lovely Vega bar on the top floor! As for the drinks, the mocktails were superb! Thank you YOTEL Glasgow

The location is absolutely unbeatable—directly opposite Glasgow Central Station, just a 4-minute walk to Buchanan Street and 10 minutes to George Square, perfect for sightseeing and shopping without any hassle. The room features YOTEL’s iconic smart design with a motorized foldable bed, which turns the space into a cozy lounge or a spacious area easily. The blackout blinds and powerful air conditioning guarantee a great sleep, and the split bathroom (wash area, toilet & shower) is super convenient for group travelers.
