I stayed at this hotel on 7th April 2023 for one night. We had 2 rooms booked as there was 4 of us, we had to get accessibility rooms as that’s all there was left when we booked. When we checked in the lady was lovely and quick at checking us in. We got some drinks from the bar and Ronnie was amazing with us great customer service from him. We unfortunately got woke up at 22.30pm by our neighbours coming into the room, as we had joining rooms this was a lot louder, there was banging, loud voices etc. This went on for a wee while and my girlfriend who is autistic was starting to panic. I spoke to reception and the blonde lady was very helpful explaining that she’d go to their door in 10 minutes. About 45 min later I had to go back to reception as it was getting louder etc so the blonde lady went immediately to the room and explained for them to be quiet as there’s joining rooms etc. by this point it was past midnight. We finally got to sleep and was woken up at 6.15am by the loud noises/banging yet again. Our neighbours clearly didn’t have any respect at all. We went to their door and explained it’s joining rooms and it’s loud and the woman was very rude to us and didn’t care they not only kept us up till midnight but also got us up at 6am!!! But we couldn’t get moved rooms as was big tour group in so I don’t think I’ll be back to this hotel in a hurry as would have been nice to know there was going be full tour bus in the hotel of loud inconsiderate people that our neighbours had to be the loudest rude ones! Apart from our inconsiderate neighbours the customer service from Ronnie and the blonde woman was excellent and made the stay a bit better.
