Amazing location. Building is a grand old building. Double room with city view was large with great views directly onto George Square. The furniture in the room is quite dated but all very functional and everything you’d need was available.

Great location next to Queen St Station. Old hotel. Room was comfy but we booked an executive room and no idea what made it "executive". The room had the minimum id expect at any hotel and no extra benefits. Having stayed at other millenium hotels i had expected more. The bed was comfy but couldn't sleep in due to the works going on outside the hotel starting at 8am. Very average hotel.

The hotel is a bit old, but it's in a great location right next to the train station, with George Square visible from the window. Breakfast was decent. I booked a twin room but was given a double, so after speaking with the front desk, they added a sofa bed.

The hotel’s location is excellent and very beautiful, and the property overall is good with great heating. However, most of the front desk staff were rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional, especially the morning and afternoon shift on 26/11/25 Only one staff member was respectful, friendly, and very helpful.

Right next to Queen Street station in the centre of Glasgow. Spotless room and bathroom. Kept running out of milk jiggers but reception and room service restocked them straight away. Very pleasant and helpful reception staff. Road outside is being dug up for the renovation of the square but once inside the hotel we heard nothing. Left bags to collect prior to catching train. All went smoothly. Will be staying there again. Very impressed.

Love the hotel as very handy for arriving into Queen St station - staff are friendly, nice size rooms and very clean. The only issue was check in time where my booking said available from 15:00 -  after travelling for 4 hours I arrived at 15:20, but no room was available and so I had to wait another 25mins.

Hotel facilities were very good and breakfast was also excellent. Staff were pleasant and helpful. The Hotel, whilst looking a bit tired and dated, and needing a bit of a refurb, is situated in a brilliant location, looking straight onto George Square.
