Fantastic service by concierge, felt very welcomed especially since we are asian and other hotels make me feel otherwise. 1 lift was down and there were only 2 so it takes a while, but wasn’t an issue for us since we stayed only on the 3rd floor. Surrounding of the hotel was having construction but was convenient to get to central station!

I recently stayed at what I must say is the worst Hilton hotel I have ever experienced. Early in the morning, while we were still sleeping, a staff member inexplicably unlocked our door and entered our room without any prior notice. To make matters worse, he didn't even apologize for the intrusion. The issues didn't stop there. I found a bug on one of the bath towels, and the tea cups were visibly dirty with lipstick stains from the previous guest. The bed linen felt damp and uncomfortable, adding to an already terrible stay. Overall, it was a very disappointing and unpleasant experience.

600-700meter from buchanan Bus station likely 15min walk, but no recommended for elderly with luggage, nightmare if raining even considering flat road along to hotel, same as from main train station

Poor hotel I booked with family room with 2 queen bad and first time give me Disabled room then I refuse after give me my original booking room inside ‘ bathroom sink block after offer small room because no available rooms and no plumber available to fix block sink ‘ and management offer me for isoft drinks for trouble and no give me any discount because I get booking with online trips.com i pay deposit £2 for cards vitrification and when I leave hotel staff say you get refund £2 deposit still not given me refund I pay £308 for 2 nights waste of money and my holiday because made mistake to choose this hotel

Wonderful experience staying in this hotel. Good environment, really clean, has swimming pool facilities, big room, comfortable beds.

Overall experience was great. the hotel has a lovely first impression when you walk in, and it smells lovely. Checking in quick and easy, staff very friendly. Only a small problem was when we checked in. I was asked if we would be using the car park, which I said yes we will be, I was told it is £15 per night, which I had no problem I then paid by card with the parking. The staff member never asked us for our car registration plate at the time, but I didn't think anything about it. Also, be aware that while parking in the car park, our car rear window got smashed as there are mental pipes sticking out of the very low units. The hotel wasn't interested at all as it's park at your own risk. After my husband spoke to someone at the reception desk about our smashed rear window, he proceeded to look at our reservation, and there was no log of a car registration, but we had already paid. My husband explained this, and the person at the reception said we should have been asked our registration plate prompt to fill something in, which we weren't. A few days after we arrived home, we received a fine through the post for using the car park without paying, quick call to the hotel and it was quickly rectified. A few issues that shouldn't have happened.

The hotel is good but the lady working in swimming pool is very rude and she completely round my break every time I go to hotel

Great stay, large rooms and good breakfast.

The hotel is situated in the centre of the town which makes you easy to go anywhere. Don’t forget to park your car in their car park which is more cheaper than you put your car in somewhere.

It is good and convenient to stay!
