We arranged to a sofa in the entry blocking access to our door with general clutter all around. Was told they were renovating and the house smelled old, moldy and like paint thinner. We opened windows went out for the evening. Came back to a garbage bag on the door with towels, crackers and an opened almost empty jug of milk hanging on the door. Furnishing or old and torn, carpet is dirty and stained. If we could of found another option that late, we would have not stayed.
