Cancelled booking one month before date that I was meant to arrive as they realised it was the date of a festival and had more than doubled the price of the room that we had booked months in advance. They were blunt, rude and arrogant. Also came out with some rubbish that they have changed the age limit to over 30s but normally let anyone stay but wouldn’t let us because of our age (23). Unreliable and rude. Not to mention the 7-12 working days for a refund.
