Great location, price good (as always for Premier Inn). The car park was easy, plenty of spaces, and felt safe. I was especially impressed by the member of staff on duty during check in (Tues March 12th) who went over and above to make sure I had a room that suited me - I'd asked for a quiet room and he took the time to check about my preferences. The room was great (completely quiet on top floor).

Last minute booking. Had a great evening. The hotel was nice and quiet and right next door to a bar. Free tea and coffee. Leon the night manager was absolutely lovely, tended to anything we needed with a pleasant smile. And made our stay very comfortable Thank you Leon. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Arriving fairly late after a long few working days my colleague and I were welcomed by Jess and the team. Check-in was really friendly and personal, with Jess making good conversation whilst she quickly resolved an IT issue. Everyone I encountered was happy and friendly and nothing seemed too much trouble for them, right through to our morning departure. The room and public areas were spotless and the surroundings nice and quiet. I’ve stayed in hundreds of Premier Inn over the years and this ranks among the best, largely because of the personal touch which as an ex-hotelier was very much noticed and appreciated. I’ll certainly book this location again in the future.

Excellent service throughout! Was made very welcome on arrival and that they was prepared to go above and beyond to help me and my family. Breakfast was all great. Not made to feel rushed. All staff was friendly and helpful. Bonus great nights sleep. Even with a 1 year old with us. Would most definitely stay again.

The staff were excellent, warm, very welcoming. I would have no hesitation in recommending Premier Inn Glastonbury. The location is very near to town centre. An easy and an easy walk on the flat. I look forward to my next stay here in Glastonbury.

We arrived for the Faerie Festival with Brian Froud, so we needed plenty of rest the night before. We dressed up, went to the hall where Mr Froud was visiting, and he was lovely! We went back the second day, and Anne Sudworth remarked "lovely to see you again!"

Perfect hotel for a short stay. Friendly, comfortable service and value for money. Could not fault any aspect of my stay. Free car parking. Can recommend all the meals, especially the 'Meal Deal' which is good value for money.
