새로 지어서 곰팡이 하나 없이 아주 깔끔하고 좋았어요. 산에 둘러싸여 고즈넉하고 좋았어오. 뚜벅이에겐 위차가 조금 힘들었지만….. 식당의 음식은 좀 아쉬웠네요

호텔이 생긴지 얼마 안되서 매우 깔끔합니다. 옆에 온천도 있고 조식 먹는 일층 식당이나 스카이라운지 둘다 좋습니다. 고창에서는 제일 좋은것 같아요!!

나이먹어 관절이 안 좋아 집사람과 이곳으로 온천하러 한달에 한번정도 가는데 호텔신축하기 전에는 웰파크인가 그쪽으로 다녔는데 올부터 일반인은 숙박이 안된다고하여 당일로만 다녔다가 추석 명절을 맞아 와이프하고 아들과 며느리 손자 그리고 딸램하고 1박2일로 호텔을 예약하여 묵었는데 신축호텔이라 너무 깨끗하고 컨디션이 좋았습니다. 아들내외도 너무 좋다고해서 뿌듯하네요. 단지 부족한것은 온천이용시 1박2일이면 온천도 2일을 할인해주어야지 하루밖에 안된다고 해서 실망스러웠습니다.금액을 떠나서 기분이 좋지 안네요~ 시정을 해주었으면 좋을것 같네요. 그것빼고 모두 만족입니다. 내년 구정도 예약해서 갈 계획인데 그때는 할인해주세요~~ ㅎㅎ

신상호텔인데 화장실청소가 잘 안되어 있더라구요 분홍 곰팡이랑 줄눈 사이 곰팡이가 눈에 띄었습니다 그리고 체크인하는데 나이드신 직원분이 응대가 아쉬웠어요
