The booking did not include breakfast. The shower had mold all around the tiles. The door to the room was sticking open on the door frame and required quite a bit of force to get it to close. When we tried to get out in the morning I had to brace myself against the wall to get enough force to get it unstuck. The "free" wifi is throttled and does not allow streaming.

At the time of booking had we been aware that the pool was not available we would not have booked . The solution that was off was to go to the hotel next door . I felt that was not a solution at all . However I did receive a return of $50 . I did accept this but I will probably not book with this hotel again
