Perfeito tem um senhor que faz os drinks na pscina super agradável, a única coisa que não gostei foi na hora do chekout uma recepcionista do cabelo longo cacheado veio me cobrar coisas que não tinha consumido.

Perfect, there's a gentleman who makes the drinks in the pool super nice, the only thing I didn't like was when checking out a receptionist with long curly hair came to charge me for things I hadn't consumed.

The front desk staff was great as well as some, not all, employees of the restaurant. The breakfast was also just ok. I was expecting nicer jams and spreads because of this hotel reputation. The temperature of the room was warm the entire stay and could not be controlled from the room. The lobby was also very hot at all times. The bed was comfortable and the room kept clean although in dire need of remodeling. All my friends suggested us stay somewhere else next time because Goiania is now provided with many other options. 

The hotel is a central hotel, very comfortable, refurbished and with excellent staff attention. The rooms are comfortable, spacious, the clothes are small, like for short trips with little clothes. The bathroom is suitable, not big. The bathroom is well-modernized, if you need body lotion you can request without additional cost. The mini bar is well-nutried, but it's expensive.

I stayed at the hotel more than 6 years ago... and still the hotel looks like as the way I remember... excellet.  Great breakfast with a wonderful variety.  Good room too.  Staff very friendly and helpful.  Always ready to help you.
