Decent breakfast, good size rooms, bed was great. Internet worked well. The outside area was so so, but it was smack in Centro. The hotel was clean and modern. There was nothing really negative I could say, maybe just the stairs. Be better for less mobile people if lifts were available. I'd stay here again

Me hospedei com minha mãe e meu irmão uma criança de 4 anos, tinha sido colocado na observação que chegaríamos de madrugada, tivemos que subir vários lances de escada, com uma criança no colo dormindo e várias malas e ninguém na recepção ajudou, o chuveiro mal saía água por falta de limpeza, ar condicionado com cheiro de poeira, quarto relativamente apertado, café da manhã não gostei caso procure o um hotel custo benefício fique no Oft Garden que é o mesmo valor e melhor!

Minimamente aceitavel para uma diaria. Quarto extremamente apertado. Subir escada com mala de 20kg. Moveis da area comum em pessimo estado. Chuveiro muito fraco. Bom cafe da manha; porem muita quantidade para poucas pessoas...

Hotel muito bem localizado, porém muito ermo a noite. O mesmo não possui estacionamento no no local, e fica 3 quarteirões de distância. Me hospedei com minha esposa, e mesmo o recepcionista vendo isso, não me deu uma toalha adicional nem coberta. Depois de subir 3 andares de escadas e andar por corredores , vi a msg dentro do banheiro informando que deveria ser solicitado mais uma toalha na recepção, caso fosse mais de uma pessoa.. achei um absurdo. Pra fechar com chave de ouro, me pediram 40 minutos pra buscarem meu carro…. Preferi caminhar os 3 longos quarteirões pra buscar meu veículo e sair dali… o quarto é amplo, café é bom, mas falta boa vontade dos funcionários da recepção!

A recepcionista cobrou a estadia novamente no momento do check in mesmo eu mostrando que já havia sido pago, no check out foi tudo esclarecido com outro recepcionista e a gerente, quarta limpo e confortável, café da manha muito bom.
