Unfortunately, we chose it after being deceived by the good reviews. The rooms were not clean at all, the customer before us had peanut shells on the floor. We asked for an extra bed for my daughter, while she was getting ready, I ordered hot water and the glass came without being washed, and from the very first minute I said, "Oh no." None of the employees have masks. There is no such thing as Covid prevention. We ate in fear as the dining hall was full of people who were eating. Even the account code is not questioned. First of all, the waiter coughs while serving. What else can you ask for? The day we left the hotel, the staff was sick and did not come. I hope it is not Covid. While I'm drinking tea, I heat the glass with hot water and the chef next to me turns off the tap like a guard and his face is loud and wide. We eat for 15 minutes, they come to the table 10 times to check if there is an empty plate, it is very disturbing. I guess there aren't enough plates. We paid for meals in the morning and evening, but drinks are charged :) I appreciate it being paid, but I have told you many times that you should at least try to get it hot, like ice cold coffee or tea. No one cares because it cools down until you bring it to the glass. A meat dish was served on Saturday evening, but the taste of the meat was different. We wanted a room with a jacuzzi, but we used it as a bathtub because when we turn on the system, black dirt comes out. We went safely and hopefully we returned without catching any disease.

I think the hotel is one of the oldest in the region. The decorations and furnishings are outdated. Although the gentleman, who I think is the owner of the hotel, and the receptionist friend did their best to help, it was not enough. The room was old and very small. The sheets, pillowcases and duvet covers had not been changed, I went myself, asked for clean sheets and changed them. Especially in the toilet and sink, there were traces of previous guests, bring bleach with you. Since the thermal pool was outside, we did not use it to avoid dryness, but it was dirty inside. The free family bathrooms are useful and large, but I don't think they are cleaned regularly either. We made a reservation for half board, but since they changed to a bed and breakfast concept, they directed us to a restaurant in the town square. The food and service were good, and thanks to them, we visited a beautiful valley that we would not have missed by coming here. The breakfast buffet was varied and good. The finished products were replaced immediately with new ones, you won't leave the table hungry, and the tea was great too. Even though they provided a new and clean park bed, it is not hygienically suitable for a family with a baby. I also found the fee charged for the service to be high.
