"The hotel's location is super convenient for getting around, really close to the beach, and surrounded by tons of great restaurants and a huge supermarket. The price is reasonable too, and it's only about a 30-minute taxi ride from the airport. Plus, there's an infinity pool!"

The rooms were freezing, however reception managed to work the heating and gave a blanket, The food was sent the best, but was food and I was hungry. Service was really good though, no issues. The roof top bar was closed, would have been great if it was open to watch the storm. The pool looked great but didn’t use it,"

"Hotel was in a good location with easy access to public transport and many amenities within walking distance. The room was smaller than expected but it was comfortable enough for 2 persons. The microwave at the common dining area is quite dirty, it is best to warm up only food that is covered."

"First off, the room's cleanliness was better than I expected, apart from a dried, white, unidentifiable substance I spotted on the curtains – everything else was fine. However, I arrived at 5 PM and was given the lowest floor. Over the next two days, I noticed many guests from higher floors in the elevator. All the Caucasians I encountered were staying on floors 20 and above, while other people of color weren't above the 13th floor (the hotel's lowest floor is the 6th). I can't help but wonder if this is a case of racial discrimination. Finally, I have to complain about the Chinese restaurant on the hotel's first floor. The wine was good, but the food was overpriced. Two of us spent 500 RMB per person and still weren't full. Pros: The hotel's location is excellent, right by the beach. It's also convenient to get to from the airport via public transport. Watching the sunrise is easy, and the rooms are very spacious. There's a shopping street and supermarket within a 10-minute walk."

"I chose to stay at the imperial for my 60th with my cousin for 4 nights. We absolutely loved it!! It was such a well set up resort and luxurious! Wonderful and friendly staff, always willing to assist you. Food just amazing and loved my high tea and the tour in the Rolls Royce!! Would definitely come back again and will certainly recommend it! "This was my first time staying in a hotel apartment, and the room was incredibly spacious, exceeding my expectations. The hotel's location is right in the heart of Surfers Paradise, but to be honest, the area feels a bit past its prime now. While it's lively, there are hardly any upscale restaurants. For someone looking to celebrate Christmas with a bit of ceremony, there are almost no dining options. Next time, I'd consider staying in a newer area, like The Langham (formerly Wang Jianlin's hotel) or the Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort."

"Room was clean and surrounding was quiet. Hubby was not happy I booked in a ”pub” not a hotel 😆 however, at the end of a tiring day in Surfers Paradise, hubby was happy claiming our free drink in the pub. He got beer, I and another friend got wine and enjoyed a nice time in the bar before going up our room."

"The location is wonderful .. short walk to surfers paradise and skypoint is just right next door. Easy to get from airport as the tram stop is just right next to skypoint. Many cafe and restaurant choices. Did not use the pool or gym. Noise can be heard from room as the walls are thin. Easy check in .. staff did not advise much on the resort facilities and we figure out the wifi password base on the sticker on the kitchen wall. Our rooms balcony look out into the pool which is nice."

"We were absolutely delighted with the complimentary room upgrade — such a wonderful surprise that made our stay even more special. This isn’t our first time staying at Crowne Plaza, and once again it reminded us why we keep coming back. The location is excellent, just a 2-minute walk to the tram station, which was especially convenient for me after my recent TKR. Getting around to must-see attractions was effortless, and visiting the SkyPoint Observatory Deck was a highlight. Overall, we were very happy with our stay — so much so that we felt we should have extended an extra night. Highly recommended for comfort, convenience and great service."
