Front desk staff very helpful, bistro women was not very pleasant, TV in room problematic, no coffee in morning unless you want to wake up spouse to run single cup (very wasteful packaging) in room

Clean room and friendly staff. Television was not connecting to whatever system was insight. Would play for a few minutes then go to circle of doom. Then a 2 minute commercial. Thankfully we were only staying for one night.

Room wasnt cleaned properly. There was trash behind the curtains. Dirty towel in the bathroom. Leftovers beer in the fridge. For a Marriott property we were suprised to see all this when we checked in at 130am in the morning. Basically tired from traveling. Just felt that there was no choice but to sleep at that time of night.

The customer service stood out ,they went above and beyond to make sure my daughter felt special for her 18th birthday! Sean at the front desk is a true example what hospitality means ,he is courteous,professional and always had a great smile . Thanks Sean for all !!

we were booked at another hotel that cannot honor their booking. And then switched to this hotel, which was so much nicer. It was a win-win.
