The place is terrible and 1 bathroom for so many rooms. But the worst part is the customer service. ******* tried for 3 days to contact them after i couldn't and no reply. This place is a dump and looks like its about to burndown.

My plane was late and I arrived at the property about 1:30am. I had THOUGHT this was a hotel/motel, not a house in a residential neighborhood. The property had not sent me any information as to how to check-in. I called the number and no one answered. The whole thing seemed sketchy. I decided I had no option but to go find somewhere else to stay, which I did. The next day I contacted the property. They told me I could stay the second night, but I would have to wait until 3pm to "check-in", even though I had already paid to be there the night before. When I finally did check-in, they sent me a simple text with the code for the front door and my room number. Why in the world they didn't send that to me on the day of check-in, I do not know. It would've been so easy to avoid this. The communication from this property is non-existent. Terrible.

Owner sent me to a completely different place and address where everything showed in the picture was different. No furniture in the room, just a small bed that was very uncomfortable. Had share the bathroom with 4 different rooms. It smelled weird and moldy. Worst experience ever. I couldn't sleep and I had to leave.

There were no shops near by i went to the location it is not a hotel its a house in a very bad neighborhood, windows boarded up, I have videos and pictures Hotel.con did not investigate you all are going to get someone killed I rebooked another room

Nice area and a decent house. Far away from Miami, but if you have a vehicle, it’s very convenient.

little affordable food n parking. had to walk outside to find the garage. they need free parking in s beach for seniors! in the night it looks like a mexican bar. i never found the entrance without calling. they need some lights on the hotel name. but the price was awesome for the historic place!

This is not a hotel, but a house in the low income neighborhood.This is nothing but a individual renting a room in his house for the night. When I found out it was not a hotel, He refused to refund. It would never be a place or a part of town I would stay in.

Beautiful space to stay. Very near I needed to go the following day. Very comfortable. Highly recommend.

Excellence customer service , only other guess dont xonsidereted mednigth is gir rest and sleep and sleep no have to be eith noise and distubances . Next door las nigth was the one have to be by him self no one next him .
