This hotel was great! We live in a room with two queen beds. The room is spacious, and the bed is very comfortable. The breakfast was especially great. It included scrambled eggs, bacon, and roasted potatoes with baked beans. We could also make our own muffins. I stayed one more night.

Great breakfast great service and rooms was very nice

The hotel staff are very helpful. I always leave bags when I’m away skiing for the week. Checked in quickly. Rooms are big, immaculately clean, quiet and have v comfy beds. They are also nicely decorated. Got coffee machine, fridge, microwave & good wifi. Breakfast is pretty good. Got some fresh fruit, decent scrambled eggs, yoghurt and porridge if wanting more healthy options. It has a pool which is nice. Hall decor is now a bit dated and could do with being re-decorated.

Decent Stay but Some Service Gaps Breakfast was definitely the highlight with a great variety and really friendly staff in both the breakfast area and housekeeping. The room had a Smart TV, microwave, and a cold mini bar, which were nice little perks. Reception, on the other hand, was disappointing. I asked if things would be closed for Victoria Day and was told she didn’t even know it was a holiday. She just said it’s best to Google it. There were a couple of bottles of water at the front desk, but she took them away right in front of me. When I asked, she said there’s no bottled water available in the room or the hotel. Coffee machine in the room without the bottle feels off. My room keys didn’t work after check-in, so I went back immediately. She asked for my room number, last name, and how many nights I was staying, then fixed the keys without much of an apology. As I’m writing this, I get the sense she might just be stretched thin. Still, it stood out, especially since even the pre-check-in messages felt a bit robotic and off. The hotel is pet-friendly, which is great, but the soundproofing isn’t the best. I could hear dogs barking. I didn’t have a view, but by the looks of it, most rooms probably don’t. However everywhere outside the hotel mostly does so it is unfortunate. All in all, it was an okay stay. Not bad, but with the high room rates and glowing reviews, It should’ve been better however other hotels in the area have lower ratings so I dare not try

Construction, front desk was rude, and was charged additionally for my pet after booking a pet friendly room and being told I wouldn’t be charged. Scam artists and unhappy. Now I have to dispute the charge

Decent hotel in Golden. Very close to the highway. The staff is very courteous and responsive. Good selection for breakfast- includes vegetarian options too.

There was a small problem when checking in, so I contacted Ctrip immediately and Ctrip quickly helped to solve it. I gave it a good review. But overall, the hotel is average... The Golden area is generally very ordinary, expensive and without any special features. You can avoid it if you can.

There is a swimming pool and the room is quite spacious. There are many choices of restaurants in the surrounding area.
