"The hotel is good size and clean. It is located off the main highway but we did not hear any road noise in our room. It is a few minutes drive into the busier part of Golden. We chose to stay in Golden to explore Yoho National Park. Comparing with the lodging options in Lake Louise, staying in Golden was good value. The only complaint I had was the bed. The mattresses did not provide good motion isolation."

"The room was not as adversitised and does not exist so needs to be changed on trip site. I told staff that the bathroom wasn’t clean and they did nothing about it. No free drinking water in the room or hotel just warm tap water from the bathroom tap. Breakfast was a joke, things weren’t replenished when they ran out, most things were finished 30 mins before breakfast ended. There wasn’t enough food or seating and a noisy truck delivering to the hotel obscured the view throughout breakfast. I didn’t find the service to be that helpful and I wouldn’t recommend."

"As a relay station for self-driving Banff Park and Jasper, the hotel is convenient to travel and can be reached from the highway. The room facilities are basically complete. There are Japanese restaurants and supermarkets within five minutes away, making it convenient for meals. Compared with hotels in Calgary, the price is more expensive and the price/performance ratio is slightly worse."

"Just on the edge of the highway, this area is the transitional accommodation to Banff, there are many hotels of the same type. This one is relatively small and its facilities are relatively old, but it is cheaper. Two floors, no elevators, Canada is basically a wooden structure house, there is still noise when you move around. Check-in is fast, check-out is also very simple, as long as you return the front desk key. The nearby attraction is the pedestrian wooden bridge on the Kicking Horse River."

"NO FRONT DESK service. Check-in procedures are not very clear, and communication can only be reachable via phone, which is not very convenient for an overseas traveler. The hotel itself is very clean and comfy. Beverage and snacks are NOT COMPLIMENTARY. There is NO CLEAR INDICATION OR ANY PRICE LIST INSIDE THE ROOM."

"The hotel staff are very helpful. I always leave bags when I’m away skiing for the week. Checked in quickly. Rooms are big, immaculately clean, quiet and have v comfy beds. They are also nicely decorated. Got coffee machine, fridge, microwave & good wifi. Breakfast is pretty good. Got some fresh fruit, decent scrambled eggs, yoghurt and porridge if wanting more healthy options. It has a pool which is nice. Hall decor is now a bit dated and could do with being re-decorated."
