This was my 3rd time staying at this hotel and by far the worst! In the past I have given this hotel 5* reviews now I would only give it a 2* We stayed in room 1123 and when we entered the room was unusually cold it was only when we went to bed we understood why *BED BUGS* I was bitten aleast 70 times and the sadist part is that the hotel must of known about it and still put guests into the room. The bed bugs where at all cycle life stages from small to large so the hotel must have known! I went straight to reception and the cleaning lady was very helpful and kind she got me some cream as I started to have an allergic reaction lucky I also had some antihistamine tablets and she helped us move to a different room. The food was substandard and cold for the first part of the week but by the second half it got better. The outside pool had green algae around the pool side and on the pool floor so poor maintenance. It's so sad to see this hotel go downhill, I know it was the end of the season however if you want to be a 5* hotel you have to keep up standards for the whole time you are open. I will not be visiting here again and was not given an apology for the bed bugs bites.

we really liked our stay at the hotel, the food was very good, the staff were polite, the rooms were not that big but they were clean, the beach was close but the hotel does not have a private beach, you have to pay for it, we liked the animation team a lot Krisi, Marti and Jani were very good, Marti was very good at ping pong, most of the time it rained, but they lifted our spirits and had nice parties.

I really liked the hotel. The location is very nice. It’s close to the beach and to the center part. The food was okay. The rooms get cleaned every day. The staff was very nice, I really liked the animation team. We enjoyed our stay here and we recommend it.

Surprisingly good hotel! The kitchen delivers good food, the entertainment is very entertaining and the rooms are clean. The Team/Staff is a young and full of energy. The beach is close and there are a lot of Clubs as well. Every Kind of music is played here. Recommended!

I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. The food was okay, the rooms were clean the staff was very polite. The animation team was the best. There was animation for the kids and many activities for the adults. The zumba was my favourite. The only thing that i didnt liked was the absence of a private beach.

The hotel is amazing, the food is nice i loved the chicken kebab. The rooms were clean and the staff was very nice. The animators were very energetic and they had a lot of different activities and fun games. Very close to the beach and to the clubss.

The hotel was nice and the rooms were clean. The good was decent. But the animation team was the best. I realy enjoied my stay here because of them. Marty, Krisi and Jani sere the best! The beach was close and the start was also realy nice. My vacantion was great.

The Hotel was great. You get exactly what you paid for. The staff were amazing, everyone was polite and helpful. The pool was big enough and had a great atmosphere because of the animation team. They were amazing and full of energy, especially Marti he was a great dancer. Every single day there was a different activity and at night the party’s were great.

I liked the animation team, great people. They know very good English, and are a enjoyable company. I like Marti. He is cool. He likes going to the gym, he is very active, and has good energy. People at the pool enjoy his performance. Great kids, with big hearts.
