I couldn't hear any footsteps in the hallway or the elevator operating outside, so I slept incredibly soundly all night and woke up feeling refreshed and energetic the next day. Even more heartwarming was the hotel's proactive care. Before I even left, I received a warm reminder from the concierge, not only providing the hotel's exact location and nearby parking tips but also thoughtfully asking about my check-in preferences. When I arrived, the room's temperature had already been adjusted to my liking, and there was a welcome drink on the table. These little details really touched me. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Golmud!

I'm absolutely blown away by this Hanting Hotel! It's newly opened and incredibly clean. After a long journey, checking in made me feel so much better. The separate shower is a huge plus! GGuest UserThe lobby is stylish and immediately striking. The room was even more impressive, spotlessly clean, even barefoot. The bedding was soft and comfortable, instantly soothing travel fatigue. The soundproofing was excellent, completely obliterating any corridor noise, allowing for a sound sleep. [__LINK_ICON] The bathroom had separate wet and dry areas, was fully stocked with toiletries, and even included a smart toilet/high-end showerhead. The room was incredibly thoughtful. The WiFi was stable, making it effortless for watching videos and working—perfect for travelers.

The housekeeping lady was very friendly and helpful. She even gave me an extra bottle of water and opened the door for me. There are several car washes near the hotel, making it convenient to wash your car after returning from National Highway 109.

GGuest UserAs a frequent traveler, I have stayed in more than 2000 hotels before, and I have never felt more genuine care than at the Tu An Hotel in Golmud: as I check in, the manager 韓月 (I believe she was the manager) noted that my lips were dry, and immediately told her staff to set up a moisturizer in my room. I chose this hotel because the airport bus departs from here; however, the information regarding the bus schedule was patchy. The hotel staff did not know what was the latest schedule, but all of them had been very helpful to try to help me with it - from the manager to the cleaning staff. All of this shows that this hotel cares for the guests.

The two elevators are fast and quiet, the breakfast is rich and varied, the front desk service is warm and fast, making you feel at home, the room service is enthusiastic, the room is clean and sanitary, and the details are in place. Free tea, book bar, and freshly ground coffee are provided at the front desk. Ear-mounted coffee ☕, high quality of guests, quiet night’s rest, all in all, this is a very cost-effective hotel 👏

Because there is half a bucket of rotten acid water in a washing machine, the other door cannot be opened, and the groove of laundry detergent emits a stench, but the hotel did not increase the price during the May Day holiday, which is a very conscience act. So I didn't give a very low rating, if you don't have high requirements for the above situation, you can still try it.
