Every time I visit Golmud, I stay here. The decor is very new, the location is convenient, and there's a gym and laundry room. The staff are friendly, and the hotel breakfast is delicious. Highly recommend!

The room was clean, tidy, and exceptionally spacious. There's a huge parking lot behind the building with fast-charging stations. The front desk staff were friendly, welcoming, and provided thoughtful service. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Golmud. Highly recommend!

The hotel's location is very prominent, and the large parking lot makes it convenient to park. The room was clean, and the hotel maintains a constant temperature and humidity, which is very friendly for tourists just arriving at high altitudes. The breakfast was abundant, and the service was excellent. It was a perfect experience.

I specifically chose Atour Hotel for my trip, drawn by its reputation, but my experience was absolutely terrible. There was a constant buzzing sound all night that kept me from sleeping. On top of that, the towels in the room weren't clean, and the comforter looked like it had been used by someone else – it was really bad. The whole experience was awful, just utterly abysmal, and the service attitude was terrible too.

The Executive Room was a good size, clean, and the mattress was medium-firm, which was perfect for my bad back. The bedding was comfortable, and there was a humidifier. Parking was available, and the breakfast spread in the restaurant was excellent. The front desk staff were very nice and provided attentive service. The location is great, just a straight shot off the national highway, and there are a few decent restaurants nearby.

I was told I got an upgrade, but when I got to the room, the lights weren't working. An engineer came to check and said it was just a small, insignificant light and didn't offer a room change. After dinner, I came back to find the lights still not working, so I had to drag my luggage downstairs to switch rooms again. The new room was a nightmare! It was incredibly hot. I called the front desk, and they told me there was no air conditioning. They sent up some ice water, but seriously?! I barely slept all night and ended up with heatstroke. I was throwing up all morning, couldn't eat breakfast, and even threw up a few times on the highway. This was one of the more expensive hotels on our big loop trip, and the experience was just awful!

My stay at the Golmud Atour Hotel truly exceeded my expectations! What I want to praise the most is the soundproofing. Once the door is closed, it feels like I have my own private sanctuary. I couldn't hear any footsteps in the hallway or the elevator operating outside, so I slept incredibly soundly all night and woke up feeling refreshed and energetic the next day. Even more heartwarming was the hotel's proactive care. Before I even left, I received a warm reminder from the concierge, not only providing the hotel's exact location and nearby parking tips but also thoughtfully asking about my check-in preferences. When I arrived, the room's temperature had already been adjusted to my liking, and there was a welcome drink on the table. These little details really touched me. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Golmud!
