Jingfeng Wan Hao Hotel (Kunlun Plaza)

This was the best experience ever! The hotel's hardware is excellent, but what truly stands out is their impeccable service. I forgot my room key after check-in, and whenever I needed anything, they responded quickly and solved it instantly! All the hotel staff are well-trained and extremely polite. The service here in Golmud really surpasses many five-star hotels in other cities. The hotel offers various thoughtful services, like complimentary late check-out for guests with late flights and free airport shuttle services. It's a shame I didn't take any photos at the hotel. Despite the slight altitude sickness in Golmud, staying here was a truly comfortable and wonderful experience.

Service was great at first, and they even upgraded my room. However, the staff weren't very attentive. I emphasized at check-in that I'd booked for two nights, but when I came back exhausted on the first day, my room card didn't work. No one answered the phone, so I had to go back down to sort it out. It was so frustrating late at night.

The room is very clean.

The room facilities are complete, comfortable, and cozy. The cleanliness is good, the environment is good, and the service is good. The hotel's location is excellent and convenient for transportation. Furthermore, the lobby manager's service was very thoughtful. The bottled water placed in the hotel corridors was a great convenience, which I feel even some large hotels can't match. It made me feel warm and impressed! Great 👍

The front desk staff could use more training. My reservation already included breakfast, and they offered me two complimentary breakfasts for a good review. The location and environment are decent, and the room is alright. The Dingding Niu restaurant nearby is really good, highly recommend it!

Overall, the experience exceeded expectations. The room was spacious, clean, and hygienic, with comfortable bedding, especially the pillows which were the perfect height and firmness. The availability of drinking water was a plus, and there were also bottled water fountains near the elevator. The receptionists were very professional, preparing the room key early and even upgrading me to a deluxe room with complimentary breakfast (starting at 7 am), which is ideal for travelers. Parking was very convenient. Having passed through Golmud three times, this was the most comfortable stay I've had, so I stayed an extra night to rest.

The hotel has washer and dryer. The rooms are very nice, with humidifiers and drinking water. The underfloor heating is especially comfortable. The staff are great, and the breakfast is delicious. 😋 All facilities are new.

Clean and hygienic, well-equipped, with a generous breakfast, relatively quiet at night, decent soundproofing, nice environment, convenient location, and airport shuttle service. Highly recommended!
