Huang He International Hotel

My stay at the Golmud Huanghe International Hotel was incredibly pleasant and satisfying! The hotel service was meticulous and thoughtful. They even provided heartwarming late-night snacks during my stay, which made me feel so cared for and warm, even late at night. I used the hotel's conference room for a business trip, and the facilities were excellent. Throughout the meeting, they offered aromatic coffee, a variety of drinks, and delicious, delicate pastries, making breaks very convenient. The hotel environment is clean and tidy, with elegant and grand public areas, and the rooms are very comfortable with complete amenities. The staff were enthusiastic and attentive, responding promptly, and their thoughtfulness was evident in every detail. Whether for a casual stay or business negotiations, this is an excellent choice with superb value for money. Next time I'm in Golmud, this will definitely be my first choice!

After being out in the wilderness, it was great to finally experience some civilization! This hotel offers excellent service. As soon as we arrived, someone helped us with our luggage from the car. The hotel environment is also very good, and the front desk service deserves a special shout-out! We overslept and were about to miss breakfast, but the front desk quickly sorted it out for us. When we left, in addition to the souvenirs we bought, they even put several bottles of water in our car. The service was absolutely impeccable!

A friend recommended this hotel, and I was very satisfied with my stay. The air conditioning was excellent, and the room was very warm. The facilities were quite complete; they even had a small coffee machine! Overall, a very good hotel!

My stay was excellent, and all the staff provided exceptional service! They were incredibly attentive, patient, and welcoming, assigning rooms according to my needs and offering assistance. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the restaurant offered a wide variety of delicious food! (Many five-star hotels don't offer this level of service.) When I booked online, I mentioned feeling a bit unwell, and the staff had already turned on the heating, oxygen generator, and humidifier in my room, helped with my luggage, and even provided an oxygen cylinder and some medication. They proactively helped me order food and delivered it to my room. Printed documents were also quickly printed and delivered; their efficiency was remarkable! (They even thoughtfully provided afternoon tea and late-night snacks.) None of the staff asked for positive reviews; these are all heartfelt feedback. If I ever visit Golmud again, I will definitely choose the Yellow River International Hotel again and recommend it to everyone!

The hotel has a fantastic location, and the receptionists were very friendly and helpful. Other hotel staff were also very professional. There are restaurants on the 6th floor and a gym on the 7th. The room oxygenation was excellent, ensuring a good night's sleep. Highly recommended!

From the moment I stepped into the lobby of the Golmud Yellow River International Hotel, I was surrounded by meticulous care. The front desk staff warmly greeted me and offered tea, providing excellent service. The location is superb, with convenient transportation. The rooms are clean and bright, the breakfast is plentiful, and the value for money is extremely high. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time; it gives you a very warm and welcoming feeling.

Having stayed in countless hotels throughout my travels, this one truly exceeded my expectations. In terms of facilities, the diffused oxygen supply and humidifier greatly alleviated my discomfort. What touched me most was the warm hospitality of all the hotel staff. Upon arrival, staff proactively helped with my luggage, and the front desk staff quickly and enthusiastically processed my room key and upgraded my room free of charge. Soon after entering the room, staff came to greet me. When I casually mentioned having a slight headache, they immediately brought me Rhodiola Rosea oral liquid! I declined the complimentary late-night snack because I was going out to eat, and they quickly grabbed a basket of local delicacies! I mentioned how delicious the yogurt was, and they immediately offered to bring me more! The next morning, upon check-out, I was incredibly surprised to find that the staff brought me four more boxes of yogurt and a box of goji berries! I've never experienced such hospitality in many five-star hotels in mainland China! This was my first time in Golmud, and although it was the dead of winter, the hotel staff's warmth made us feel incredibly welcome. Thank you! Thank you to the warm-hearted people of Golmud!
