Hygiene is not a strong point. The hotel's housekeeping department neglected to leave a bottle of water that someone had drunk from in the refrigerator. The room had a small window, not the large one shown in the photos. The hotel is located in a busy area, next to local nightclubs and clubs. A female receptionist at the front desk couldn't get a check-in because of a duplicate name, even after giving her her phone number and ID. Fortunately, a male receptionist helped with the check-in, which was a plus for the hotel, as his service was quite good!

Our family went on a trip. The facilities were quite new and clean, the living environment was good, the laundry facilities were also very good, and the breakfast tasted okay. However, breakfast was not included in my booking, so I had to buy it separately.

This stay at Atour was such a pleasant surprise! I had originally booked a standard double room, but upon check-in, the front desk staff were incredibly kind and upgraded me to a suite for free – I was instantly thrilled! The suite was much larger than the double room, with a well-designed layout, spotless and odor-free. The bedding was soft and comfortable, with a wide selection of pillows, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, and the toiletries were of high quality. All the facilities were new and functional. From arrival to check-in, the service was warm and attentive, with a gentle and patient attitude. The hotel environment was elegant and quiet, and it was very convenient for getting around. This unexpected room upgrade completely enhanced my experience, offering excellent value for money. It's the perfect choice for business trips and vacations, and I'll definitely choose Atour again next time!

The room is good, clean and hygienic, the heating is too full, the quilt is thick, and it is too hot to sleep! I don't know why the temperature is set so high. I saw that many rooms are open, maybe because it is too hot! Breakfast is average, the underground parking lot is shared with the community, and the car was blocked when I went out in the morning. The front desk said that they could not solve it. The community property management said that they were looking for a hotel. On the 12123 platform, there is no network in the basement, and the photos of the scene cannot be uploaded. There is no elevator from the basement to the hotel lobby. It is a staircase. It runs back and forth several times. It is difficult to submit successfully. It is still delayed for more than an hour.
