Fantastic Service with the friendliest staff ever, in a beautiful natural setting with Mandarin quality rooms and architecture. We loved every bit of our stay, especially the breakfast and high quality food & can only recommend a stay here. We wiuld like to say thank you again to the staff, which loves children and made our young family and friends feel welcome without exception.

Amazing property and beach. Will give a shout out to the amazing butler Özer and Kadir from house keeping. Restaurant food has room for improvement and bar services could improve as well. Pricing in restaurants and beach are steep. Over all, enjoyed the experience and loved the property

This is my second time in this resort.. and definitely will be a destination visited often in future summer times.. I came this time with my husband 4 children and nannies. We stayed in three units one of them was the medetrenian suit 807. We loved it kids loved it .. Its an amazing property i suggest staying for a week.. Ultra chic property It got even more interesting than my last visit in 2015 Breakfast varieties is one of the best world wide. Amazing Juice bar.. coffee bar .. with extensive varieties..! Matcha 🍵 and frabbachinos even are available to order! Freshly baked Turkish and worldwide patisseries.. Thanks to the f&b they r amazing! General manager is the sunshine of the property ☀️ very energetic and smart . Management and staff are amazing. Very professional trustworthy.. i forgot a valuable item they contacted me right away about it as well. Thank you all. 🩵

My wife and I spent the first part of our honeymoon at the Mandarin Oriental Bodrum. We were welcomed by all the staff including Nilay, Mehmet, Eren, and Atilla. A special note of thanks to our ambassador Jamal who looked after us every step of the way. Everyone went above and beyond to make it an unforgettable stay. The property is beautiful, as well as large and varied enough that we were never left not entertained during our week's stay. We were put in the pool villa, which was amazing. Highly recommend! and we'll be back!!

I've recently come back from a fantastic trip to The Mandarin Oriental in Bodrum. I'd been looking to go to this hotel for a number of years and managed to make the trip this year. The team at Mandarin were fantastic. From the moment I arrived, to the moment I departed, everyone was brilliant. The Mandarin should be proud of their team, they were fantastic. The hotel itself is spotless and very well maintained. The food across the restaurants was excellent. Beach was wonderful. Spa was sensational and the gym was well stocked with everything you need for a great workout. On my first morning, Mehmer was very welcoming at the breakfast. He gave me a great tour of the buffet and went out of his way to make me feel welcome. The team that cleaned my room were also very professional and kind. Even though I was on a number of work calls when they were cleaning, they were conscious of this and allowed me to work without interruption. A wonderful experience. As a seasoned traveller and someone who is lucky enough to experience nice hotels, I would highly recommend Mandarin Oriental. One of the best hotels I have been to.

The Mandarin Oriental is located at a marvellous coast line. Currently quite a few construction sites cause some noise. The facility is spacious and well equipped with minimalistic interior design. Unfortunately there is a shared balcony with no separation. Accept some plants which provide no visual cover to the neighbouring apartment. The Hakasan restaurant has a stunning location but the prices a far above market value e.g. a plain pakchoi dish cost 25 euro. At the morning buffet two times the bread was molded. The service was sometimes very slow but always friendly. Be aware: Prices are displayed without VAT which means account for roughly 50 % in addition to the prices shown. Over all a nice place but there are other competitive offerings upcoming nearby like the loft Bodrum.

This such a large and well equipped property you don’t really need to leave the resort. It has outstanding restaurants, luxury shopping, beach club all within the resort. We had an amazing stay but by far the best thing was the service. In typical Mandarin style they make everybody feel like a VIP. Special mention to Mehmet Gazezoglu (assistant director of food and beverage) and Atilla Ozan (director of F&B) who went above and beyond to make our stay a special one!

This hotel is the dreamiest place I have ever been! After visiting around 58 countries and all luxury hotels all over the world, I cannot compare anything to Mandarin Oriental Bodrum! This hotel kept impressing me every day from the check-in procedure to the exceptional food options. The staff of this hotel is outstanding, who were always going beyond just to help you! Special thanks to Mr.Ali Aghayev who was assisting me to arrange everything within the whole stay. Looking forward to come back there next summer!

- Outstanding in every way - this is a true sanctuary - The setting, service, experience are as good as it gets, delivering excellence across the board. - Repeat guest - paradise atmosphere ideal for relaxation, beach, food. - Service level is top; GM Ersev, Cuneyt Aydin, and Atilla Pinarbasi are impressive leaders, highly attentive and accountable. They run a tight and incredibly well managed team at scale. - Blue beach food and area continues to be a special experience (except for the buggy service, see below). - Property is excellent in detail orientation and attitude of highest luxury service, can feel the commitment to constant improvement and refinement - The supervisor ambassador Furkan is tremendous; superlative capability, attitude, and charm. He has extraordinary leadership skills and is inevitably destined for highest level excellence. 5 years of consistent excellence, top of the top. A key reason I keep coming back to MO Bodrum! - The spa director Nilay surprised with level of excellence and feedback orientation. The spa and fitness facilities have improved every year, and the hammam experience is unforgettable. She gives the distinctive feeling that everything is being heard and cared about. - F&B/breakfast attendant Yunus deserves special recognition for excellence in service and sincerity - Ambassador Ozer is a strong and impressive addition to the ambsssador team; he was outstanding and went out of the way to deliver a sensational experience - Volkan is the PT at the gym and has authentic, very helpful energy; he is a gem. - The masseuse/therapist Melik is top and outstanding; deserves special recognition. - Lobby area attendant Cuneyt from Mardin is so kind, authentic and helpful, many thanks to him. - The breakfast server Mahmut also deserves special recognition for being so helpful and attentive. - The one significant area for improvement is the buggy service. It should be overhauled so that it is more reliable, and systematic. - In particular, the buggy service at Blue Beach is highly disorganized and chaotic. - Dogukan and Hamza of Blue Beach buggy service were outlier negatives; it was surprising that they still have jobs, as they seem disoriented, not fulfilling job duties at all, and not aware of how disorganized the Blue Beach buggy service area is. They really need to restructure the buggy service overall, but Blue Beach buggy area is a disaster. - Wish they would bring back the fish restaurant, which is very much missed. - Everything else at MO Bodrum is top luxury, highly recommended!
