- Outstanding in every way - this is a true sanctuary - The setting, service, experience are as good as it gets, delivering excellence across the board. - Repeat guest - paradise atmosphere ideal for relaxation, beach, food. - Service level is top; GM Ersev, Cuneyt Aydin, and Atilla Pinarbasi are impressive leaders, highly attentive and accountable. They run a tight and incredibly well managed team at scale. - Blue beach food and area continues to be a special experience (except for the buggy service, see below). - Property is excellent in detail orientation and attitude of highest luxury service, can feel the commitment to constant improvement and refinement - The supervisor ambassador Furkan is tremendous; superlative capability, attitude, and charm. He has extraordinary leadership skills and is inevitably destined for highest level excellence. 5 years of consistent excellence, top of the top. A key reason I keep coming back to MO Bodrum! - The spa director Nilay surprised with level of excellence and feedback orientation. The spa and fitness facilities have improved every year, and the hammam experience is unforgettable. She gives the distinctive feeling that everything is being heard and cared about. - F&B/breakfast attendant Yunus deserves special recognition for excellence in service and sincerity - Ambassador Ozer is a strong and impressive addition to the ambsssador team; he was outstanding and went out of the way to deliver a sensational experience - Volkan is the PT at the gym and has authentic, very helpful energy; he is a gem. - The masseuse/therapist Melik is top and outstanding; deserves special recognition. - Lobby area attendant Cuneyt from Mardin is so kind, authentic and helpful, many thanks to him. - The breakfast server Mahmut also deserves special recognition for being so helpful and attentive. - The one significant area for improvement is the buggy service. It should be overhauled so that it is more reliable, and systematic. - In particular, the buggy service at Blue Beach is highly disorganized and chaotic. - Dogukan and Hamza of Blue Beach buggy service were outlier negatives; it was surprising that they still have jobs, as they seem disoriented, not fulfilling job duties at all, and not aware of how disorganized the Blue Beach buggy service area is. They really need to restructure the buggy service overall, but Blue Beach buggy area is a disaster. - Wish they would bring back the fish restaurant, which is very much missed. - Everything else at MO Bodrum is top luxury, highly recommended!
