The room was terrible. The booking said the room was reserved and I could check in directly with my ID. But that wasn't the case at all. When I arrived, she said, "I saw you booked it half a month ago and I almost forgot about it. This is the only room available. You can stay in this one. You'll have to pay extra for another." I booked a standard king-size bed room on Ctrip, but the room she gave me had mold all over the mattress. It was terrible.
