It said online they have a pool . They do not have a pool anymore .

A little sad the carpet smelled like old urine in one spot strongly but other than that it bed was so clean and bathroom tub paint was cracking

I was trapped in the bathroom due to broken door knob for an hour and a half. Im claustrophobic and have PTSD. All they did was switch me to room across from that room. Didnt reimburse me a penny. The desk clerk was super sweet and kept checking on me during this time. I feel like they dont give a crap about our safety.

The sheets gave me pink eye the next morning and the television did not work. Everything was “clean” in a sense that it wasn’t visibly dirty but it felt grimy and uncomfortable. The staff was really nice and the lobby was decorated for Christmas very nicely.

I loved staying at the Quality Inn in Gonzales. Checking in was quick and smooth. Victoria always had a smile on her face, was super friendly and helpful. She even went out of her way to print me directions to the nearest Walmart. I will definitely stay there again in the future.

No hot water in the shower but the sink water was scalding. Terrible smell in room.
