Checked in for 2 nights May 25 - 27. Manager on duty, Mr. Sunny was kind, professional and welcoming. Our room 122 was close to the ice machine and we parked right outside the door. Bed very comfortable, room spotlessly clean and in good repair other than toilet seat was loose. That was taken care of by the maintenance man. Room cleaned early Wednesdsy. Coffee available in lobby and restaurants within walking distance which had dine in service. We were very much impressed by the real quality of this motel as well of friendliness of Mr Sunny.

We stayed as a family of six. When we first got there (a little after eight) my mom went to check in and they had given our room away. They ended up giving us two conjoined rooms, one of which was falling apart, the ceiling was a mess and the carpet was coming undone. After stay at another on of there hotel down in Florida, Destin(eh oh was a much better hotel, newer, better staff, way better food) we came back to this hotel, we got the room we originally payed for and we supposed to get the first time around, which had two bed and a pullout couch, we were promised roll away beds because the couch is hardly big enough for two people let alone two adult as me, my parents and my other three siblings are all adults ( one just turned 18, other triplets 19 going on twenty) we didn’t receive the toll away, the sheets for the couch were dirty and when we tried to get new sheets they kept placing us on hold. All and all I don’t like to complain I get that you get what you paid for and I normally don’t write bad reviews but after twice they haven’t given what we had paid for and treat us poorly( just waving it aside and gave us a meek apology and shrugged) I felt I needed to write this.
