All the employees are friendly and enjoy their job. We stayed for 3 nights and they really did not feel like home. Even though it has a very cold climate, when you enter the door of the hotel, there is a smiling reception area, a warm environment, and most importantly, they said "you may be cold, we will offer you tea and coffee immediately", and the rooms are really clean. It smelled good, I read comments that the breakfast varieties change daily and the varieties are few, but they had everything you need in a breakfast, and there were different hot pancake wafels every day. There was tea and coffee, most importantly Turkish coffee, throughout the day. It is self-service, but if there is a staff there, they ask you directly what it is. The location is very nice, the view is magnificent, it is a hotel that I can definitely recommend if anyone is planning to go to Cappadocia, I thank all the staff for everything.
