The hotel is situated on a higher elevation. We were assigned a room on the 40s floor, which was quite high up, and we could see the hot air balloons from the terrace outside our room. The room was very nice, and staff helped with our luggage during both check-in and check-out. Breakfast was served plated rather than buffet-style. There were quite a variety of items, which was more than enough for girls to finish; they served warm bread and egg pancakes, which were lovely. Unlike the hotels in Kaş and Fethiye, which offered buffets with a huge variety of options—perhaps a method that reduces food waste and avoids the issue of leftover side dishes being re-served—this place was different. Booking tours through the hotel is relatively expensive, so it’s better to check around with outside agencies.

I wanted to stay in a cave hotel in Turkey, so I chose this hotel. Since it is located in Göreme town, I was able to see the hot air balloons very clearly and up close. Most importantly, the staff were incredibly friendly and kind. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of food every morning. There were also some adorable dogs at the hotel, including a cute puppy, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cappadocia. We, group of 4, had a wonderful 3-night stay at Caverna Hotel Cappadocia, and everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and the staff made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. What truly made our stay special was the team's thoughtful hospitality. They remembered that we are Asians and enjoy chili sauce, which was such a lovely personal touch. On our last day, we had to leave very early to travel to the next city. Even though breakfast hadn't started yet, the staff kindly prepared takeaway sandwiches for us. They even made the sandwiches with chili sauce, remembering our preference. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made us feel genuinely cared for. It's these little details that turn a good stay into an unforgettable one. Thank you to the entire team for your kindness and exceptional service. We highly recommend Caverna Hotel to anyone visiting Cappadocia and would happily stay here again!

Very very nice staff and great location!!! Help us early check in at 10:30 Am in the morning and carry all luggages for me and mom. Great breakfast and enjoy the sunrise at this lovely place!

The owner was exceptionally warm and emotionally intelligent. During my stay, I felt incredibly well-cared for, just like family. The room was spacious and clean, and the unique architectural style of the building offered a truly memorable experience. The hotel's location is excellent, making it very convenient to go to town for meals and shopping. The hotel's food selection was extensive, and the view of the town from the rooftop was delightful. It was also very pleasant to sit on the rooftop, chat, have coffee, and enjoy the breeze in my free time.

The hotel is relatively quiet and has its own parking. The staff at the reception were very welcoming and proactively helped us with our luggage. The location is also convenient, within walking distance to the viewpoint. The hotel breakfast is quite rich, and the fried eggs were delicious 😋.
